We were warmly welcomed by our waitress Penelope, who was professional and pleasant. However, another waiter (the one I spoke to on the phone) came to our table and began reprimanding us for being late, going on about their shift change. This was completely unprovoked and unnecessary, especially given that the restaurant was empty. His approach was confrontational and unprofessional, and it made the experience very uncomfortable. While Penelope’s service was great, the overall experience was disappointing because of this interaction."
