"The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to the tram. The ground floor of the hotel is air conditioned, but the guest rooms are not. The weather was unusually hot while we were there, and the lack of cooling in the room made it very difficult to sleep. The rest of our stay was pleasant. The breakfast buffet was nice, and the personnel were very friendly and pleasant. If we return to Mainz during any time but summer, this would be a great place to stay. In the summer, though, we would have to pick a hotel with air conditioning."

"Good clean hotel, in a residential area about 15-20 minute walk from the main square in Mainz. Balcony was a bonus - and being near to a supermarket was good too. Staff were friendly. Rooms are really clean and good size. Breakfast was average but enough available to start the day in a good way. Would recommend"

"Stayed here for a conference. It's a cute little hotel opposite the central station in Mainz, so it's very easy to get to places and there are many shops and supermarkets around. My room was small but clean, and there wasn't much noise despite overlooking the station. The bathroom was very nice, I think it was bigger than the room itself! The staff were very warm and friendly and the breakfast was more than adequate."
