"It is acceptable that a institution is carrying the traces of time, but it is more difficult to understand why it sometimes seems to have renounced small attention, which is not much expensive. The room had many stacks, a damaged inlet, a screwed chair, poorly cared for screws, and an electrical grip that did not seem to be sufficiently secure, etc. These details may seem anody. All together, they unfortunately give an impression of negligence or resignation ... It is even more regrettable that with a few simple and cheap interventions, the experience would be different, as the location is strategic and the reception is innocent: courtesy and professional . In view of the price requested, I find neither the expected level of comfort of a three-star hotel (even of categories with a budget controlled), nor that with which I was used to the name Campanile. Hoping these few points will keep your attention ..."
