"Reception a bit strict. I booked 2 rooms. Unforeseen event, i excess 1 child, she really chased us. Calling room time tontime asking how many are inside. This is despite wifi was down all day and only fixed 10:30PM. Should be give and take..."

"Anong all the available bigger hotels in and around , Nine Balcony Island Stay provides the better beds, customer service, cleanliness and aesthetics (interior and architectural) as well as quality. The owners provided complementing sturdier beds this time around and the balconies are a big plus…showcasing the beautiful ancestral homes around us. The staff from Torrijos, Annabel? is very kind,friendly and helpful! She makes our stay really pleasant and comfortable. She really goes out of her way to help us in everything. She deserves a commendation and a raise. Maybe they can use less teeth-damaging toothbrushes and whiter towels next time. Overall, kudos to the owners for having an unpretentious but well-built hotel that transports us to France. The private cafe is lovely."
