"Unfortunately I have a disappointing review to tell. I book a room with my friend in January whilst booking short noticed. We arrived have an hour later and found closed doors. Trying to call the number written on the door, nobody responded nor answered. We were waiting in front of the door until 21.00 when the check-in time stops. Tired from our journey we were forced to find another accommodation and they won't refund our money. Later they contacted us, saying that the guy of the shift was staying on the roof and couldn't hear our telephone nor the knocking ..."

Hotel Menzeh Dalia

"I must leave a message to warn you: staying alone might make it difficult to sleep at night. The hotel lobby and restaurant are dimly lit, and the rooms and hallways are completely dark, requiring you to fumble for the switches yourself. The carpets are dirty and worn, and the room floors are covered in dust. The two men at the front desk remained expressionless throughout, looking rather dull, yet they insisted on escorting us to our room. We thanked them profusely as we left, but when it came to asking for payment, they were anything but dull."

"The hotel's large room, a big bed, a small bed, the big bed is big enough to sleep four people, but facing the street, there is a car sound; The hotel's twin room, the room is less than 15 square meters, the space is small, but quiet, the bathroom in the room is small, there is no bath liquid, the towel is stiff, I don't know how many years have not been replaced, the room equipment is simple, there is no mineral water. Breakfast is simple, no fruit, stay for two days, breakfast on the next day is not available on time. The front desk staff is very good at work."
