Situated in one of the main arteries of the care and a few steps from the Toluca Gallerys (the shopping square is almost in front), this hotel is an excellent option for a weekend in Toluca, whether business or for pleasure. I travel tp Toluca for work regularly and we ALWAYS stay the Crowne Plaza Hotel. I have never had a bad nights stay there and credit that to the amazing staff. The front desk staff is always courteous and helpful, the rooms are huge and the beds are comfortable, and best of all, Mario the concierge is a gem. He is SO helpful in making sure we have a comfortable stay every time we check in and we regularly ask for him when we arrive. He has gone out of his way to accommodate us with everything from delivering utensils to our room to driving us to dinner and picking us up when we're finished. Highly recommend staying at this hotel and if you do, please tell Mario ”hi” from his favorite pilots!
