"It's a beautiful place with amazing views. Pool was inviting, cabins fully equipped including air conditioning. There was a confusion with our billing which was eventually well handled by the manageress. It was a situation that was initially uncomfortable but she rapidly rectified the situation and made us feel well cared for and listened to. Well done, we will come again!"

"We stayed for one week at Hotel Mercure in Millau at the end of April 2026. We booked a privilege room with view of the viaduct on the 8th floor. The room was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed including kettle, coffee machine and mini fridge. The room had a balcony with 2 chairs and a table with excellent view of the village and the viaduct. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The staff on reception went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Especially Chanelle who was very helpful in giving us tips on where to eat and visit and spoke excellent English. The breakfast was continental with cereals, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, then different cheeses to try and various bread and croissants, yogurts and fruits. Plenty of choice. You could make your own drinks from the machine and boil or fry your own eggs. We booked a car park space next to the hotel that could be accessed through a security door which cost €17 euros a day. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Comfortable hotel with restaurant operating under the Logis de France banner and maintaining their customary high standards… well located and easy to park outside or in a secured garage a few metres away… The owners go out of their way to welcome you and make you feel at home … Room was cosy and the bed very comfortable and very little street noise… Dinner has a Finnish style menu and was delicious as was the copious breakfast … A thoroughly enjoyable stay and would certainly return…"
