The culinary experience was another highlight. Each morning, we enjoyed an incredible breakfast by the pool while taking in the panoramic sea views—a perfect way to start the day. The food was fresh, healthy, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. Every meal reflected the same attention to quality and locally sourced. The spa is simply extraordinary. Nestled into the cliffside with open-air treatment rooms overlooking the ocean, it offers one of the most peaceful settings imaginable. Listening to the waves gently crash against the shore while enjoying a massage was an unforgettable experience and one of the most relaxing moments of our trip. The open-air fitness center is equally impressive, with breathtaking views that make every workout something to look forward to. We also loved visiting the resort’s wine cellar for a tasting, where we sampled a wonderful selection of unique wines from Greece. It was an intimate and memorable experience that we highly recommend. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the private three-hour boat excursion arranged by the hotel. Everything was flawlessly organized, allowing us to explore secluded beaches, snorkel in crystal-clear waters, and swim in some of the most beautiful spots around Sifnos. It was truly an unforgettable experience. NOS Hotel & Villas perfectly captures the spirit of Sifnos—elegant, welcoming, peaceful, and authentic. We spent nearly a week in Milos before heading out to sea on a yacht cruise, and staying in Pollonia was the perfect choice. 👌 We rented a car, which made it easy to explore the island and visit different beaches during the day, then return each evening to walk to incredible nearby restaurants. Phos Milos was beautifully designed, with stylish high-end furnishings, spotless interiors, and a lovely outdoor space — the perfect spot to relax after a day of adventure. Alex, the owner, was wonderfully accommodating and helped us arrange everything from a private boat trip and photo shoot to laundry service, restaurant reservations, and local recommendations.
