From upgrading my room to negotiating taxi fares with the driver when I went out, and stocking the refrigerator with plenty of water, everything was wonderful. Check-in and check-out were also smooth. The room was spacious, the air conditioning was new, and the bed was comfortable."

The hotel occasionally experiences power outages, and the room door locks are battery-powered and sometimes won't open, which is quite annoying. Everything else is fine."

Some staff members at the Italian restaurant and Breeze Restaurant were unprofessional in their attitude and service. The rooms need more attention in terms of cleanliness and maintenance, and the response to guests' requests was slow. I expected a much better experience considering the price I paid, but overall, the stay fell well below my expectations. Therefore, I would not recommend staying at this hotel until significant improvements are made to the quality of its service."
