"The room was a very standard container room; the facilities were fine, except the shower room was a bit small and you could easily bump into it when turning around. Aside from that, the service was terrible. The front desk closed early, at 5:30 PM, and latecomers needed a password to get the key. There was no prior notification about this, only the front desk's opening hours. When I called, they said the password had been sent to the email address I provided, but the email address seemed to be a Ctrip partner's, as I didn't receive it. After a lot of communication, I ended up having to call myself and wait a long time to verify my check-in information before they gave me the password. Secondly, the next morning, a staff member came to open the door before 9 AM. Because there were two doors, when they opened the first door, I asked what was wrong, and the staff member just said "sorry" and left, which was very unsettling. I contacted Ctrip, and they said the hotel claimed they came to clean after the check-out time, but the actual check-out time was 10 AM, and they opened the door at 9 AM. The hotel insisted there was no problem."

"Loved our stay here. Lovely crisp white sheets and big comfy bed. The welcome we received at reception was exceptional. Our family sized room (2 bedrooms) was clean and the main room had a beautiful view out to the paddock. The room had lots of little extras that made it very comfortable (bowls, plates, cutlery, microwave). It is a little bit of a drive out of town (5 mins) but that didn't really bother us. Would highly recommend."
