"We used all the free services of the hotel: electric bicycles, sauna, swimming pool, afternoon snack. Everything well presented and with adequate spaces. The starred dinner was stellar. Excellent local wines and beautiful dishes as well as excellent, imaginative, fresh. The environment is a bit small, it should be expanded. The only flaw of the stay: the standard room has a bathroom that, although it is the humblest room, is far below the standard of a 4-star hotel. For the rest, pleasant environments, courteous and helpful staff. I would definitely return. Congratulations."

"We stayed there for Christmas holiday with half board. It was very good value for price. Short drive to local ski resort or 20 minutes to Ladung or Raccine. The hotel has car parking, ski and ski shoes storage. We only take the standard double room Sepp category but it was big enough for a couple. All the shops are around so very convenient location."

"I traveled alone, and the location was really good and the service was great :) With the free pass card provided by the hotel, you can go to the Dolomites for free! Since transportation is free, it was nice to be able to stop by a nearby monastery. It might be a little hot in the middle of summer because there is no air conditioning, but I liked it because the daily temperature range is big! Thanks to you, I really enjoyed my trip to Bressanone. I will definitely come back next time."

"This is already the third visit to this hotel and maybe it won't be the last. It's a shame that the meteorologists predicted rain and so it was. Luckily the hotel has a beautiful spa with a heated indoor and outdoor pool, saunas, a beauty area with body treatments, in short if you want you never get bored. The rest is always top quality: the breakfast is good and with a lot of choice, the food is always creative and tasteful; but where is the chef from? I tried the Sardinian gnocchi and the Roman gnocchi...naturally good but not very Alto Adige. At 2.00 pm there is a 'snack' with a choice of vegetables and first courses that you can't resist. I used a nice room but a little small that overlooks the parking lot and sometimes there are tourist buses that pollute a bit. The service is good from all the staff, kind and smiling. The bill is in line with a four-star hotel but there are good offers during the year. To return."

"They have been guests of Valserhof for several years. Spa service, restaurant and room are of a level. A mini frigobar in the abis room would be desirable. The Tamara's resource is excellent in the steam cast, Daniele and Isabella in the restaurant room and Max and Anton for the excursion. Sorry for a couple of servers who have difficulty in understanding the Italian and are rather out of the needs. I suggest, in the event of bad weather, especially when the excursion is cancelled the day before, to organise with some alternatives... perhaps a lesson in more yoga or a steam throw in more. For the rest, everything is in line with what was paid."

"Why you should definitely visit this hotel; - A view you can't get enough of - Very hospitable staff - Beautiful rooms - Remarkably clean and hygienic - Both breakfast and dinner are Michelin-star quality - Children's menu is also very good and always varied - Infinity pool with the most beautiful view Why you shouldn't visit this hotel; - Drinking at the hotel is ridiculously expensive. For a glass of lemonade for children, they charge €5.80. Other drinks are also outrageously expensive. - It is a family hotel, but then your children must be very well behaved. There are ‘silence is luxury’ signs everywhere. Swimming toys are also not allowed. - There is too little experience for children. - The swimming pool and sauna close as early as 7pm, which is very early in summer. The positives are such that we would love to come back."

"We stayed at the Feldthurnerhof Vinum Relax Hotel for 13 nights between the end of July and the second week of August. Our experience was not in line with expectations for a 4-star hotel, especially considering the average rate of around €250 per night (half board included for 2 people). Positive aspects: • Breakfast: very good, with fresh and authentic products. It's a shame that some items (such as yogurt and fruit) were not consistently replenished, often being unavailable. • Dinner: the quality of the dishes is generally high and the 4-course menu is well-prepared. However, the quantities are decidedly small: serving 3–4 ravioli as a main course cannot be considered acceptable. We only disliked the meal on two evenings, one of which was during the "self-service" option, which was poorly managed, with long waits and a shortage of dishes. • Waitstaff: really kind, helpful, and welcoming waiters. • Spa: well-maintained and clean, although even here one senses excessive attention to cost savings (a single, half-filled shower gel dispenser for three showers available). Negative aspects: Here, the experience was marred by numerous poor service and an unacceptable management attitude for a hotel of this category. • Misleading “Dolomites” room: the description promised a balcony with a panoramic view of the Dolomites. In reality, the view was limited to a 10–15 degree angle. A misleading presentation, which leaves a sense of mockery. We were, however, offered a room change upon our arrival, which we declined as the room offered was smaller. • Partially inadequate cleaning: • Cobwebs present in the room for four consecutive days, despite repeated complaints. • Shower gel dispenser left almost empty for days, despite three reminders at reception. Only after yet another complaint and my going to reception in person did the owner half-fill it, justifying it by saying "the product is expensive and guests steal it." It is extremely serious to insinuate that guests can steal, and even more serious to skimp on essentials, given such a high cost per night. • The sheets in the crib were not changed despite explicit requests, forcing me to go to reception in person. • A spider's web above the dinner table caused a spider to fall just inches from our newborn. The incident was reported, but downplayed by reception. • Bathrobes: the bathrobe provided for the spa was never replaced in 13 days. When we requested a change, we were told we had to pay for it. Unacceptable and ridiculous. • No air conditioning: in the hottest days (32°C), the room became unlivable. • Unmanned reception: at night and at various times of the day, there was no one at reception, a sign of poor customer service. "This hotel is conveniently located at the entrance of the town and has its own underground parking, which is a huge plus. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and the front desk staff were very helpful. It's also very close to Ortisei by car. If you're planning a trip to the mountains, this is a great option—it's super convenient and much more affordable."
