The resort's location is stunning, and the view from our room was breathtaking. I had requested a candlelight dinner for my husband's birthday, and the team went above and beyond by beautifully decorating our room and arranging a lovely dinner setup. It was a memorable experience that exceeded our expectations. The food was outstanding in terms of quality, taste, and quantity. A special mention to the chef and staff, who were incredibly courteous and patient. The cook even waited for nearly three hours until we finished our dinner, which reflects the resort's commitment to guest satisfaction. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Throughout our stay, every staff member was polite, attentive, and eager to help. "Beautiful location, food was amazing and staff are very helpful and welcoming. As the name suggests it is a bamboo themed resort which offers a unique touch. I stayed in a treehouse and a hotel room since the treehouses where not available throughout my entire stay. The treehouse offers a unique experience at it is close to the waterfall. The room was also comfortable. I would recommend it!"

"This was a dreamy resort with all the high end amenities present. Their breakfast buffet is super tasty. The whole bonfire Vibe with songs in the background is amazing. The view from the rooms is just wow, you can even spot some rare birds out here. The staff is very polite and helpful. The only con is the approach road towards the resort , it can test your patience but trust me ultimately it's all worth it. ❤️"

"We spent three nights at the retreat. They offer a family apartment complete with a living room and two bedrooms. Our unit was on the first floor, boasting a lovely forest view from the back terrace. The standout feature of this apartment was the ability to watch the sunrise from the back terrace and the sunset from the front one. Each morning, my wife and I settled on the back terrace for meditation and pranayama. The air was crisp and clean, with an AQI of about 30—worlds apart from Delhi’s 500. The bedrooms were generously sized, and the living room came furnished with loungers and a sofa. The pressure shower was impressive. On the downside, the resort lacked hot water at the washbasin, where the flow was barely a trickle, making brushing teeth and shaving a challenge. There was no liquid soap either. I couldn’t tell if this was intentional or an oversight. Their culinary offerings shone with delicious lasooni moong dal and chilli paneer, and the breakfast selection was satisfying. The restaurant manager was genuinely excellent. We also enjoyed a spa session, which was relaxing, and their laundry service proved reliable. The reception staff, however, could use more training. Of the three we encountered, only Alex was helpful, providing us with useful details about Munnar and even a printed list of sights to explore. The other two fell short. Still, all in all, our stay was quite enjoyable."

The reception and concierge teams were also incredibly quick to help with anything we needed and always provided the right information. The restaurant team deserves a special mention—the food was top-notch, and they were genuinely willing to go the extra mile, even accommodating requests and preparing items outside the regular menu. A big shout-out to Bhavana, Rajnish, Suchitra and Lison for their friendly, warm and enthusiastic service. Their hospitality perfectly complemented the excellent food and made our dining experience memorable. Overall, a lovely stay with great food, wonderful service and a beautiful setting."

"The entire hotel has a background of memorabilia from the film industry. Projectors, reels, beautiful photographs of all the greats. Housekeeping was good, responded quickly to any request. Breakfast timing could be better from present 730 am. Travellers like to leave early and we could get food of a kind after repeated requests by 715 but no coffee or tea which reflected on the restaurant manager who could not offer us tea or coffee. Overall quality of food was very good."
