"The hotel is a three-story building, and quite a few Chinese guests stayed there. There's also an adorable cat. The cheapest room is on the top floor, a sloping roof type, but it doesn't affect rest. Since the hotel doesn't have air conditioning, I recommend that tourists visiting Murmansk in the summer choose rooms on the first or second floor if the temperature is above 25 degrees Celsius (during my trip, it was 28 degrees Celsius in the Arctic Circle, and I didn't sleep well all night). The breakfast was quite good."
Renessans Boutique Hotel
"Normal, small, the front desk is also normal"
Murman Loft Hostel
"Murman and Asgard are right next to each other. If you're traveling as a couple, I'd recommend Asgard. A lot of our compatriots stay at Murman, and it's easy to join a spontaneous group for aurora chasing there, which is great. However, because Murman has so many guests, there's no hot water for showering around 9 PM, and the heating in the rooms and common areas isn't as good as Asgard's. The one upside for Murman is that it has an elevator. Overall, Murman is a decent layover spot in the Arctic Circle."

"Very good, very nice, I like it a lot."
Tundra Hotel
"It's a small hotel in a residential area; the environment is rather average."
Congress Hotel Meridian
"On the left when you go out is the northernmost McDonald's and supermarket. The location is very convenient to go anywhere in the city center. The room facilities are not very good, but they are very clean. You can also order meals to your room."
Smart Asgard Hotel
"The room was fine, with hostel-like facilities. I booked it in a hurry as I was rushing to the mall. I really liked the young lady at the front desk; she kept complimenting my nails, haha. There's a communal kitchen and shared showers, but the soundproofing isn't great."
Yagel Loft Hostel
"Stayed for one night, the atmosphere was quite nice."

"Clean and hygienic, very good"
Navigator Hotel
"Location: The hotel isn't in the city center, but it's very close to the Nord Star Ski Complex, about a 10-minute walk. Bus 106 goes to the airport. Public transportation to city attractions is also convenient. There's a large shopping mall nearby with a wide range of shopping and dining options. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. There was plenty of hot water, but the temperature was a bit difficult to adjust. Facilities: The lobby is small; if breakfast is included, you'll eat in the restaurant. There's a kitchen with a water dispenser and hot water. You can prepare simple meals in the kitchen. Luggage storage is available. Service: Due to the language barrier, we relied entirely on translation software for communication. The staff were generally friendly, but lacked flexibility. Because of road closures in Teriberka, we might not be able to arrive at the hotel as planned. Attempts to negotiate a refund through the platform were unsuccessful. Finally, braving the heavy snow, we rented a car and drove from Teriberka, arriving at the hotel in the early morning – at least the booking wasn't wasted."
Severny Bereg Hotel
"The room is clean and tidy without any odor. Overall, the experience is good"
Smart Hotel
"Expensive place what do you want Service attitude is still OK Regular hotels are configured like this, can't expect too much Three people Three beds Two rooms One room One bed Another room Two beds"
Tri Barsuka Mini-Hotel
"The room was very cozy and the receptionist was very friendly. The weather was a bit rough, so we had to wade through puddles, so if you're traveling in the rain, bring sturdy shoes. The breakfast, 450 rubles, was good and filling 👍"
Samitel
"It was decent, nothing special. The shared bathroom outside the room was a bit inconvenient for showering. Overall, it was okay, but not the best value for money."
Tri Zaytsa
"This is a rip-off. 1. It's advertised as a hotel, but it's actually a guesthouse. There's no sign, making it hard to find. Calling the landlord didn't help; luckily, I met a kind neighbor on the street. 2. They charged me for breakfast, including the room rate, and charged me several tens of yuan extra each night, but I only ate breakfast on the first day. I never saw the landlord in the mornings. 3. There's no hairdryer, so girls can't wash their hair. 4. The Wi-Fi is terrible; I often can't connect."
Fanoteli
"The room was rather small, but the breakfast was a nice touch. Although the portions were small, it was very convenient given the cold weather. Hot water was plentiful. Though small, it had everything you needed."
Hostel 51
"Hostel was good and clean"
Ogni Murmanska
"The hotel boasts a prime location, offering panoramic views of the city, and with luck, you might even spot the Northern Lights."
Nord Star Hotel
"The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom was clean. The only downside was the lack of Wi-Fi. However, the place is right below the ski resort, and it had been snowing heavily with lots of powder snow these past few days."
Hvoya Hotel
"The room had a high ceiling, but the interior decoration was rather simple and a bit damp."

"We booked this hotel fully understanding its ship cabin concept, but we expected at least marginally more space than what we got. While the nautical theme is interesting in theory, the execution makes it completely impractical for actual living. The hotel occupies the third floor of a building with no elevator, making every entry and exit a stair-climbing ordeal. Check-in took an absurdly long time because we're foreign nationals – despite coming from a country allied with Russia, staff insisted on scrutinizing every stamp and document to confirm our legal status. A major inconvenience was the Wi-Fi system that only accepts Russian phone numbers for authorization, leaving me without internet access throughout our entire stay. The room was impossibly cramped – just four paces long and less than one pace wide. As larger individuals, my mother and I struggled constantly with the lack of space. She remained confined to the lower bunk while I was forced to lie on the upper one for hours at a time. The tiny window provided almost no ventilation, making the room unbearably stuffy in warm weather despite the feeble fan. We discovered housekeeping only occurs when you surrender your key – information conveniently omitted at check-in. The included breakfast was another poorly communicated amenity; staff finally mentioned it on our third morning, offering us porridge. Paper-thin walls meant we heard every neighboring conversation and argument. The complete lack of storage forced us to organize our belongings on the staircase. While the quirky concept might appeal to some, even as travelers who spent most days out exploring and returned late, we found this hotel unacceptably uncomfortable. The numerous inconveniences and lack of basic amenities made our stay needlessly stressful. I cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone except perhaps the most adventurous (and petite) travelers."

"The lady at the reception on my check-in day was incredibly welcoming and kind. I was a bit anxious about my trip, but her warm attitude immediately helped me relax. Special thanks to her for making such a positive first impression. As for the hotel, it is conveniently located close to the city center. , but not that much for that cold. Even during the exceptionally cold weather, the hotel was pleasantly warm and comfortable. The breakfast options were sufficient and satisfying. The room was not cleaned every day, although I’m not sure whether that is the standard policy. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel."
Hotel Fiord
"In the north of Murmansk, but the surrounding supermarkets and restaurants are quite good, much cheaper than the city. Anyway, they are not big there, take a minibus to enter the city."
