"- The phone rang immediately after I entered the room. I didn't understand what they were saying, so I asked, "What is it?" and they said it was a different customer, they had made a mistake... - There was a sticky, damp dust clinging to the air conditioner vent in the room, and the whole room smelled bad. - The entrance to the bathroom was very narrow, and the door only opened 90 degrees, so I almost tripped and fell when I went to the toilet in the middle of the night. - The walls are incredibly thin. I could hear the next room even though I wasn't speaking that loudly, and I think they could probably hear my coughs and other noises too. I would not like to use this place again."

"Cleanliness: Average Facilities: Hot springs are available, with separate baths for men and women, which was quite good. I went there at night and it was empty. Smoking is permitted in all rooms, but I absolutely hate the smell of cigarettes. I inhaled thirdhand smoke for two nights, and the air conditioner was already tainted by the smoke, no matter how much air freshener I used. Service: Fair. Breakfast is a little over 1,000 yuan if you buy it on site. Ctrip seems to offer a cheaper price of 840 yuan. This price includes a set meal with a choice of three. If you don't buy it, you can still get a free breakfast. Friends say it's okay."

"Used for business trip. Generally, when I go on business trips to Muroran, I stay in the Higashimuroran area near the bars, but this time I stayed at this hotel near Muroran Station, where there is a Muroran Yakitori restaurant that I want to go to, for the first time. The surrounding shopping district is quite deserted. I made a reservation with breakfast included. When I checked in, I was asked what I wanted for breakfast and chose it. I chose "Grilled Sea Bream Chazuke" from the three types. The other options were "Oyakodon" and "Japanese-style Curry Donburi". I was told that I had to enter the restaurant by 8:30, so I went at 8:10, but there were no customers before or after me, which was sad. It was a bi-fée, but the menu only had the minimum number of items, and the taste was nothing special. However, the ochazuke was good for a morning when I had drunk a little too much. I don't know the price, so it's difficult to judge the value, but overall, it was a really average business hotel breakfast bi-fée."
