"The room itself was fine, good location off the main road. Definitely walkable to the bus station if like me you had an early morning bus to catch. Apparently there’s Grab in Nan but I just walked it. Some things to note: Floor is super slippery. Wear the slides provided. The bed is hard. It didn’t bother me too much, but I know my partner wouldn’t have liked it. Phone reception is terrible, probably the most frustrating I experienced during 15 days all over Thailand. I tried the wifi for about 3 mins and gave up on that too. The place felt quite…eerie? Maybe because it was low season, not many people around and reception barely there either. For one night it was fine, I probably wouldn’t make it a home stay for further time in Nan however."

What Stood Out: Design & Ambience: Clean lines, thoughtful layout, and an uncluttered environment that creates an immediate sense of tranquility. Service & Hospitality: The staff and team demonstrated genuine Thai hospitality—attentive, approachable, and eager to assist with local recommendations. Comfort & Cleanliness: Housekeeping standards were solid; bedding was comfortable, and overall hygiene across the room and common areas was well-maintained. Areas for Subtle Enhancement (Opportunity to reach a 5/5): Amenities & Small Touches: Elevating in-room amenities (e.g., higher quality bath products or local artisanal coffee selections) would further align the product with boutique luxury standards. Sound Insulation / Minor Details: Minor touch-ups on acoustic management or small operational details during peak hours would make the guest journey seamless. Verdict: A very solid 4/5 property that delivers a high-quality, peaceful stay in Nan. Highly recommended for short stays, business travelers, or leisure guests who appreciate clean design and authentic service. I would certainly return on future visits."

"I stayed there on December 29th. The hotel is in the heart of the city, near Huen Phuka restaurant and not far from Wat Phumin (about 2 kilometers). The hotel is lovely and clean. Jib, who handles the reception and is also available via Line, is kind, lovely, and answers questions well. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Nan."
