"I booked two rooms, so I'm writing two negative reviews. A standard, old motel. The rooms are basic, but more importantly, old. The service is even worse than the rooms (more on that later). The facilities are probably decades old. The basin is full of cracks. The shower is so small that a woman can barely turn around, and the shower head is oddly designed. The service is truly indescribable. The elderly man and woman at the front desk are quite arrogant. Except for asking if you want to have dinner at their restaurant during check-in, and then giving a forced smile when they mentioned their award-winning restaurant, they otherwise just act like you're unnecessary. I left early this morning and parked my car at the door, intending to leave my keys at the front desk. To my surprise, they told me to chat with other guests. Who expected service? Just leaving your keys. Isn't that how motels are? They probably haven't been out and about. The restaurant is actually quite good. The wait staff are quite nice."

"It’s all the little touches that make this park standout from the others. Number one was the heated amenities, so nice for those cold mornings and evenings. All staff were friendly and helpful. The caravan sites were large, well maintained and easy to locate due to kerbside numbers. A short walk along the creek side path into the Main Street. Great location. We will certainly revisit."
