"The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived 3 hours early prior to my check-in time. The staff offered to hold my luggage in a locked secure room behind the check-in desk. I received my luggage when I check-in, nothing was missing, all secure. The free breakfast was fantastic, with lots of food to choose from. The dining area is clean and roomy to hold many customers."

"This is a real gem of a hotel in the Niš city center. I highly recommend it. Although, I have no photos (I almost never take photos of anything), the room was spacious and clean, with the decorations tastefully artistic and brining back that cozy feel of the mid 20th century. Our room had an old (out of use) but amazing fireplace with a huge mirror above."

"The hotel is generally good and, overall, it corresponds quite well to the photos shown on the booking site. The rooms and facilities are decent, and the hotel offers a pleasant stay. However, there were a few issues during my last visit. The fridge in the room was not working, there was a ceiling leak in the bathroom and the cleanliness in the bathroom was not quite at the level I would expect. These are things that should be improved. Apart from these problems, the hotel is pretty decent and could be a good option if the maintenance and cleaning standards are addressed."

"Since we couldn't land in Ljubljana, our plane took us back to Niš. Air Serbia arranged the hotel for us, and that's how we ended up here. We didn't arrive until after 11 p.m. and even managed to get something to eat, which tasted awful, but at least all the staff stayed late for us. The staff in general are very friendly. The room was simple and old-fashioned, but the bed was comfortable. We were told that breakfast was served from 6 to 7 a.m., but since we were being picked up from the hotel by taxi at 7 a.m., we were already at breakfast at 6:15 a.m., having gotten up early despite our lack of sleep. We were then sent away and told we were too early and should come back in 20 minutes, at 6:35 a.m. Why did the receptionist say breakfast was from 6 to 7 a.m.? That was rather annoying!"
