"First of all I would like to thank the whole Pichler family, Elga and Francesca at the reception, all the dining room staff, the barman Fabio, the geologist Irene, the room cleaners: very kind, knowledgeable, helpful, in short fabulous! I will carry in my heart their smiles that welcomed me right away. Having brought two cats, they prepared the room for us before 2pm so they wouldn't stay in their carriers. We stayed in the Turm suite (3 people and 2 cats😊). Everything reflected our expectations: cleanliness, large spaces, bathroom with shower and bathtub, 2 sinks and above all a small terrace with a breathtaking view of the Latemar. Not to mention all the weekly activities on offer: if you can, don't miss the sunrise over the Latemar."

Our rooms were tucked at the back of the resort in a peaceful, scenic setting that was wonderfully quiet at night.
