"The staff were warm and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. There are two parking areas available if you're driving, which is very convenient. The breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The bed was comfortable, and the accommodation was spotlessly clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return the next time I'm in the area!"

"New or well maintained hotel with great breakfast. The room that we got was really amazing. Corner room with two long pan windows overseeing the mountain ranges. The view was so beautiful in fact the most beautiful hotel room view from all the hotels we had booked for Hokkaido. Another thing to commend was there bath gel and shampoo. Pola brand smelled too good that I purchased 3 bottles from the counter. 3300 yen per bottle no tax free. Really enjoyed my stay here and will be back in the future."

"Best thing about this hostel is its location coz you’re in the heart of everything food. But if you can, get a room instead of the dorm. Although everything is clean and a comfortable bed, the aircon didn’t work the whole night (not sure if someone turned it off on purpose or what) and it was so hot I didn’t sleep at all. Staff was also not helpful, especially the graveyard shift person. Although there was a bottom bunk available, he wouldn’t let me change beds. Parking also is in a different structure, not free. Overall, I didn’t have a great experience at this hostel. Hope their aircon doesn’t have auto turnoff."

"This is a very old motel. The rooms are very small and unclean. My whole family was disappointed, and there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. The only edible breakfast was curry, and I would definitely not recommend this place for lodging. Go somewhere else. More importantly, it's dirty."
THE SERENITY
"The building is new and each room has air conditioning, which is great, but we stayed for several nights with 14 people, and the kitchen only had small plates. There were pots and pans, but no ladles, which is a minor detail, but it would be nice if there were more. Also, there was no spare toilet paper, so we had to go to a nearby convenience store (a 5-6 minute walk) in the middle of the night to buy some. There are no supermarkets nearby, so I recommend that guests do all their shopping before drinking alcohol."
