"The room wasn't very warm. A duvet and a sheet on the bed, and an extra blanket, would have been welcome. The neighborhood was very, very quiet, with a small pizzeria (meh) and a bakery nearby that you have to go to every day since there's no refrigerator in the room. Otherwise, you have to go downtown to eat. For me, who came by train and then taxi, that would have been expensive. A small microwave to heat up food bought from a discount store would also have been appreciated. The hotel couldn't provide me with a shoehorn. Otherwise, the staff was generally decent, helpful, and polite."
