"Beautiful, quiet panoramas, but being a little out of everything is quite penalising when you go (forever in car) to dinner down the country: the road, though well asfalted, It is very tight and forces not to be easy if you meet another car. Good breakfast but always identical, furniture very spart. There is only one beach in Orio (not equipped with beds and parasols, even though toilets and showers are free and very clean) and to go to Zarautz or Getaria takes half an hour of car. In return, the possibility of trekking on the surrounding paths is very interesting."

"This is a hotel chain, so don't expect anything mind-blowing. As usual, there were issues during check-in, but I don't want to dwell on that now. The main thing is that the young staff at the front desk resolved everything. Thanks to them for that. Overall, the beds were comfortable, but the pillows weren't great. The air conditioning worked well in one room, but not in the other. Adjusting it wasn't possible."

"An old and therefore very noisy hotel. For example, when my upstairs neighbors kicked off their walking shoes, it made such a noise that I sat up in bed in fright. Room okay, in the sense that everything is there. Not very cozy. Breakfast basic, e.g. only 2 types of savory spreads. Dinner, on the other hand (3 course menu with 5 choices per course) was great. The friendliness and helpfulness of the receptionists was also fantastic. The hotel is close to the sea and a 20-minute walk from the train and bus."

We were not locked in the elevator for more than 20 minutes and except for our friends who were there, they were in no hurry to get us out. The staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional.
