"Frontsesk is kind and introduce good. Dinner and breakfast are very delicious. There are 2 separate hot springs located at main and annex building and both are different and good. Room view is beautiful. There are many other facilities such as ping pong room, karaoke room. CPI is very high."

"The hotel is located on the outskirts of Naruko Onsen. The large bath on the first floor has an open-air bath but is a bit narrow, and the large bath on the sixth floor does not have an open-air bath and is slightly wider. The exterior of the hotel looks old, but the interior is clean and renovated. The hot air heater is strong and the bedding is light and warm, so I slept warmly even in the middle of winter. However, there is no humidifier and the refrigerator is old and very loud."

"The most noteworthy thing is the quality of the spring water. Even if you don't know much about hot springs, you will be surprised at the difference in the slippery feeling. There are three different baths, including the mixed outdoor bath. The food was also satisfying in both quality and quantity. The staff were very polite and it was a very good inn."
