"A terrible hotel. The lighting throughout the entire hotel is so bright you could light up a stadium with it. You couldn't hang up the shower head, and the shower tray filled with water within a minute and wouldn't drain. There was a thin sheet with a blanket on the bed. It was very cold in the room because the air conditioning couldn't be manually operated. If you want to sleep peacefully, you're in for a disappointment; it is so incredibly noisy, and even if you aren't bothered by neighbors, you can hear the hotel dogs barking at night. There are laws and regulations regarding not handing over your passport, but in this hotel, they completely disregard them. You are required to hand over your passport without a cover, and it is scanned immediately."

"Location: Very close to Plitvice waterfall. There's a view point just 5-10 minutes drive from the hotel where I could see one of the high light of the fall which it's very nice. I arrived in the late evening, so I didn't see anything. However I spent our morning walked around the hotel which was beautiful and worth walking. Room amenities: Perfect !! There're bathrobe and slipper for 2 persons which most of hotels in Croatia didn't provide. Also the hotel use high quality of shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel. There's hand towel as well. Amenities I mentioned seemed simple in other countries, but not in Croatia. Breakfast: It's ok. There was no enough food, even though there's just another family in the breakfast area. I had to kept asking please fill in this and that which these shouldn't happen."

B&B Plitvice Lakes Villa Mija ★★★★

"Although the lake is not far from the entrance, a taxi has to go around the lake from the entrance of Plitvice Lakes National Park to get there. The one-way taxi fare is 30€. Make an appointment with the driver to pick you up the next day, otherwise you will not be able to get there. Taking Uber, round trip is 60€. It is very inconvenient and not cost-effective. I am not familiar with the geographical structure of the lakes and the location is wrong."
