"Check in : We were a family of 15 visited Pahagam hotel, half of them for the first time. Check in was smooth. Alloted rooms in new wing. Room Quality : We opted for 3 suites & 3 deluxe rooms. Deluxe rooms were great in size. Suite rooms were basics since it's a HERITAGE PROPERTY. Cleanliness was top notch. Facilities : Snooker table, table tennis, stone age lounge, indoor swimming pool and 360 degree lawn...........JUST AWESOME. Although we didn't had food over their as there were plenty of restaurants nearby. But as per past experience their food quality is classic. Last day we were offered high tea , bread pakora and butter toast free of cost as their kind gesture. Overall our stay was quite comfortable. 6 dedicated staff members were their all the time serving us. Mr Shabbir the caretaker provided warmth and took full care of our daily needs. Surely will return and recommend to fellow members"

"The rooms not maintained except the suite. We had initially taken standard room was smelly and the toilet was too small. We later asked for an upgrade and they staff was so hesitant even when they had rooms available. Just because they have a good location they have charged so much. The cafe is really good."

"Excellent stay. Located in middle of the main market lane of Pahalgam, makes it v easy to explore food options. Central also makes it easy to explore ***, Betaab etc. easy to find cabs, negotiate. Helpful staff, happy and helping. We experienced snowfall in the property itself. It became winterland. Check photos. Riyaz j, Aftab ji, security staff were good. Visited in March"

"The hotel is situated in the market center so it was very convenient to walk around. We had the most incredible view from every single window in our room!!! Absolutely delightful to see the peonies in full bloom, the lush green landscape with beautiful horses peacefully grazing, the thunderously blue waters of the Lidder river and the snow capped mountains surrounding us. The staff were very kind and helpful! The almond butter trout was superbly delicious. We had a great time at the hotel. However we did have to air out the rooms to remove a musty smell and the bathroom was a bit dusty."

"Room description old, dampness in rooms. Amenities I.e. playing area pool, table tenis, etc was chargeable. Food (did breakfast) average in taste. Work was going on in the hotel. Pool site was available incomplete where monkeys were bathing and drinking water from it. Good things were silent corridor, central heating system (however it did fail for few hours during the stay). Separate heating system also provided in room, view from balcony was good."
