The forests around Jawai are famous for leopards, birds, even crocodiles near the dam, so staying here gives a real ‘in‑the‑wild’ experience. Would stay again whenever I visit Jawai next."

"We spent a wonderful two nights at this small safari camp and did two jeep safaris. The first Safari we saw a leopard cub from a distance, but in the second we were lucky enough to watch two cubs hunting on the cliffs while the monkeys tried to chase them away. The camp itself is small, quiet and clean. We were in one of the bungalows which was very spacious. There is a very refreshing swimming pool. The owners extremely polite, helpful and informative. The food was wonderful and plenty full, and our hosts chatted to us explaining about the food and the local life. The trip to the village was fun, and the people incredibly friendly - especially the children. The camp is set a amongst its own farm and fields, and there are some gorgeous views of the mountains. All in all a lovely stay, with fantastic hosts."

"It's a beautiful resort with extremely courteous staff, perfect location, calm and green atmosphere, and superb (actually extremely comfortable) clean rooms. Everything was well placed and we enjoyed our 2 day trip to the best. The staff, the Manager, and the chef, Shri Dineshji, everyone was extremely hospitable and we would surely love to visit the place again. Some shortfalls: There are few things they need to improve upon: 1. No recreational activity available as shown on their web site, though they told they are in process of developing it. 2. The food choices are extremely limited and for a resort of this much cost, the choices should be vast. 3. Just for the rooms and without ANYTHING EXTRA, like cultural program, or gym, or kids area, or bon-fire, I am not sure if it is value for money. But of-course, the pure Rajasthani food which they served on demand was THE BEST LOCAL FOOD WE HAVE EVER TASTED."

"We booked a villa without pool category room which was not worth the cost that we paid. My feedback is: What did not work well: 1. There were insects in the room crawling in the floor or under the mat 2. The representative sitting at the reception is very rude while we asked few questions What went good 1. The food is good though they serve both veg and non veg (might be a concern for Jain community) 2. The housekeeping staff were very polite and supported for everything even at an odd late night hour 3. Good amenities and fun activities are planned on weekends for all guests"

"A magical oasis in the desert. From start to finish our stay at Mihir Garh was incredible, the beautiful handcrafted fort, all sourced locally, is stunning. The ambiance in the evening with the candles, lighting, and design of the property left everyone in awe. Ok top of that the food is incredible, service impeccable, and the owner and his family are some of the most hospitable people I have ever met. It was my first time staying here but won't be my last. Previously stayed at another one of their properties and both the experiences have been superb. Thank you and see you again!"

Super spacious mudhouses and this place runs on zero km philosophy. A house to 50+ peacocks. Great service & totally value for money. A complete wildlife vibe."

"Location was good food was delicious amenities or services also okay. There is no housekeeping staff for taking my beg to room both time check in or check out this is really bad by hotel standard. One person guard karan singh devera he is only person in hotel was helping me to take my heavy beg to car but he is only available at the downside of hotel which was hotel main entrance i am not very well that time and i am thankful to karan singh devra that he has helping me to take my heavy bag that is really big concern for a good looking hotel that there is no one to take baggage."
