"The beautiful structure of a magic island. I and my girlfriend stayed here and were enchanted: unfair cleaning, great furniture and absolute top service. The sea view is wonderful, looked at one of the most fascinating scenarios in the world, cared in the minimum details, and it is a perfect framework for this paradise. We'll be back!"

"This hotel has become my home away from home in Italy, and I come here every year. It literally adds happiness to my heart and body - what more can I say? Lydia the owner is like my Italian mama now, and the past few years I've really enjoyed getting to know her son Eduardo too. The setting is spectacular, the pool is lovely, and the staff is just great. This year I had a few small issues with my room, but I know they will take care of those. Breakfast is so fun, and the view from the terrace looking over the sea is from my dreams. This is a special place in the world - enjoy!"

"Last visited B&B da Luca in 2018 and so it was time for a return trip (with my parents also this time). It is a perfect boutique hotel in Panarea. The hotel is beautiful and they are constantly making improvements. It has a soho house style charm, extremely well thought out terraces, gardens and bedrooms/bathrooms. Breakfast was delicious and served by the very hospitable Angela (Luca’s mum). She made us feel welcome like family, and it felt like I was going to my Nonna’s house (albeit a very luxury stay with Nonna). Angela is very friendly and was happy to share her knowledge about the island and its history which is fascinating. Luca was a great organiser, he remembered us from 7 years before and was helpful in organising boat trips for us so everything was booked before we arrived. The boat trip he booked with Francesco was amazing, a truly luxurious boat and we all felt like celebrities for the day. We will be back again and would recommend this gem of a place to all our friends."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is super central, convenient for exploring Panarea on foot and easily reaching the main points of interest. But the real added value was Loredana, the receptionist: extremely kind, helpful, and always smiling from the first to the last minute of our stay. She made us feel welcome right away, providing helpful advice and assistance with great professionalism and warmth. A precious presence that truly makes the difference! Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!"

"This was my first visit to Panerea. It had been talked up so much I was hoping for an experience that would blow me away. First I want to say the view from our terrace and the proximity to the dock was fantastic. Unfortunately that did not make up for the areas where it was lacking. The bed, sheets and pillows were the worst I have ever slept on. The mattress was like a rock as were the pillows and the sheets were scratchy and uncomfortable. I believe if the owner or anyone in management slept on these one night they would replace them in every room as the consensus amongst guests was they were extremely uncomfortable. Bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the patio needed a good cleaning. The pool had trash thrown in it. Breakfast was just OK. You had to ask at least three times to get coffee and then it was just warm. There were stairs with no lighting forcing us to use our phone flashlights. I will say the staff at the front desk was very pleasant. However a good nights sleeps makes or breaks a place with me. I will not be returning"

"The worst experience of my life. First, It is not an hotel but a B&B. The owner, Rita, is unstable. She started to scream once we arrived. She gave us the fault that one door was broken, after 30 minutes from our arrival. We stayed one night and she asked us to pay 100€ for the door. We refused but she tried to withdraw 100€ from my card we gave for the reservation (this is not even legal). She screamed in front of all the other guest (some of the other guests were scared). We spoke with locals and they confirmed to us that she is not stable. AC super hold and it doesn’t work. No TV. No wifi. Hold structure of the doors. Breakfast very low quality. Absolutely to avoid."
