ZZuzi PaThe basic room is really basic. There isn't even a kettle... It was barely given any attention; the entire shower wall was covered in mold, which could have been cleaned. 360 turn to grab toilet paper. 2 head hits on the shelf above the bed… The whole property lacks design thinking. I'd say they're more focused on renting it as a whole, for weddings, etc., than on the individual experience, which is understandable: location, space, competition. But 3-5 details would make a huge difference. :) Nevertheless I think the other rooms are much better. They were just a bit tired, end of the season. The pool is fabulous; we were allowed to enjoy it after checkout, which was very appreciated, considering our flight was at 5:00 PM. The breakfast is excellent; thank you, Camila, for the delicious scrambled eggs and friendly chat; the rating went up that morning. 💫 But we won't be returning or recommending it to our friends and family.

AAnaPerfect, very clean, attentive, great spa, I want to repeat, there is a swimming pool around the villa, it must be spectacular to be there in summer and be able to have lunch and dinner in their restaurant.
Please note that I left my tablet in the villa and they were very kind to keep it for me and the reception staff were very friendly

Courteous, friendly, and very polite staff. The food was excellent and varied, both for breakfast and dinner. Very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We stayed 6 nights and were delighted! I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserThe public areas of the hotel are very beautiful, with a perfect combination of history and modernity. The hotel has a tennis court, a swimming pool and a free sauna, which are much larger than I thought. I recommend that you book a suite above the basic room type, which will be much better than the basic room type. There are not many breakfast options and the taste is average, but there is a very cute kitten near the kitchen. The key point is that the room is completely dark after the curtains are drawn, which is very friendly to people who have high requirements for the sleeping environment. The basic food in the hotel tastes average and needs to be improved, but there is a Michelin restaurant, which we did not have time to taste and should be good.

La habitación con la que puede ser unida por un puerta cerrada con llave, permite que todo se escuche de una a otra habitación.Sugeriria ponerle un guarda polvos para evitar un poco eso. La comida deliciosa y muy variada. Los precios del bar son accesibles.
Si regresaría al hotel nuevamente, sin duda.

GGuest UserDas Hotel wurde sehr schön renoviert. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr gross, bieten jedoch allen Komfort. Die Zimmer sind hübsch gestaltet. Der Poolbereich ist sehr gross, hat aber viel Potential zur Verschönerung.
Im gesamten entspricht das Hotel einem 4*-Hotel. Perfekt zum Golfen, schnell in den Pool springen und wieder golfen gehen. Die Übernachtungspreise sind sehr fair.

GGuest UserLa verdad es que por el precio que pagamos por el todo incluido no vamos a pedir mas. Comida estaba bien, quizas poca variedad, pero no nos quejamos. El personal de diez. Lo que no me gusto es que hacia un calor infernal en la isla y no ponian aire acondicionado en las instalaciones en las que se encontraba el personal trabajando (el aire acondicionado del comedor se desactivaba a las 15:00h independientemente de quien estuviera alli adentro). Es un hotel enfocado para el turismo extranjero. La cena se da hasta las 21:00h, deberian ampliarlo hasta las 22:00 a mi parecer. Hay muchas actividades. El horario de piscina demasiado limitado (10-18h) a las 6 de la tarde aun apetece quedarse bañandose. Por lo demas, todo bien.
