Nnovelia noveliaI stayed here for the Eid holidays. Maybe because it's a relatively new grand opening, the occupancy was really high. When I arrived, it was packed, and it was incredibly difficult to find parking. I ended up having to park in an auxiliary lot (an empty piece of land used for parking), which was quite a walk away. The facilities were good, and the cleanliness was also fine, probably because it's still new. My only complaint is that the breakfast wasn't great – not many varieties and the taste was lacking.

GGuest UserThe location is okay, very close to ICE. Check-in and check-out were also easy.
The only issue was with the cleanliness. When I entered the room and opened the closet, there were two used towels that hadn't been removed. On the stairs in front of the room, there was sweep dust that hadn't been cleaned up.
I'm also not sure if the bedsheets had been changed :( Please pay attention to the cleanliness. It's such a shame if the cleanliness isn't maintained.

AAnonymous UserBooked this hotel to attend a concert at ICE, walking distance to ICE but if you're alone its not safe to walk at night because there are no light poles along the road. Room is big enough for one/two person, bed was comfy. The air conditioning is not that cold. The only problem was toilet. It's a bit smelly and the sink tap in my room didn't function (water not coming out). Still it was a nice overnight stay.

SSavitri DjRoom: Since the accommodation is actually apartment that is available for daily rental, there is no daily cleaning, no daily towel changes, and no breakfast. However, the room is quite large and neat for the price. Especially, there is a tiny balcony with a view of the city.
Facilities: For those who enjoy swimming, they have a long and spacious pool. There is also a gym with fairly comprehensive facilities. Also, since the ground floor has tenants including a minimarket, coffee shop, and laundry it is very convenient.
Location: Not secluded and on the main road. It's close to ICE BSD, so if you need to attend an event there, it would be an excellent choice. You don't have to worry about breakfast because there is a coffee shop nearby that serves it as well.
I wouldn't stay here for a long time, but I don't mind to return for another quick trip (one or two nights).
