🏡 Modest but Convenient Hotel Near the Beach We stayed at this hotel in Pangkor, and overall, our experience was positive. - 📍 **Location:** It's super close to the beach and the main street with cafes and shops – you really couldn't ask for a better spot. - 🏠 **Accommodation Style:** The hotel is made up of small bungalows, each with its own entrance. Most have a little terrace with a table. It's all very simple, but clean and pleasant. - 🛏️ **Amenities:** The bedding was clean, there was always hot water, and the air conditioners were powerful. The towels, however, are quite worn out and could use replacing. - 🏊 **Pool:** There is a pool, but it looked a bit gloomy, so we didn't use it. - 👥 **Staff:** The owners are polite and friendly. No deposit is required. There's a front desk, but it's not open 24/7, which is something to keep in mind if you're checking in late. 📌 **Bottom Line:** A simple yet tidy hotel with an excellent location. It's suitable for those looking for affordable accommodation by the sea without extravagant expectations. We were happy with our stay.

small but clean hotel, got i guess around 1 meter pool, meaning small kids need adult supervision. beach with boat operators, food, duty free shop, pink van and car/motorcycle rental all in walking distance. The morning sun is behind the hotel so swimming at the beach can pick a location where there's shade from the tree, i suggest buying a snorkel mask so that if you're lucky you can watch small fish swimming. i will surely book again if i get the chance for next time.

a quick one night stay with affordable price. one way to teluk nipah. not so distance but need transportation to get from jetty to the hotel. comfy bed, clean shower. coffee, tea & hot water at the lobby, but accessable up to 10:30 p.m. only. there's duty free shops, convenience store nearby - just a walk away.

The check-in process took a bit long to get the access card. The room itself was quite spacious, an apartment with one bedroom, and came with 4 bottles of mineral water. However, there was a slight musty smell in the room, likely due to the humidity. A big plus for Anylodge is their buffet breakfast, which is provided according to the number of guests. The food was satisfying, offering a variety of dishes such as roti canai, nasi lemak, mee goreng, local pastries, cereal, and fruits.

The room that we got to stay in was very clean and neat. The Tv was a smart Tv and the picture quality was extremely good unlike some hotels that we stayed in before. The water heater worked perfectly. The bed was clean and tidy.No issues with the cleaning service. The floor was clean. The bathroom was spotless. The given shampoo and bathing soap smelled good. The location is very close to the pier and the price is low, making it a great choice if you're looking to save money. There are two room types: with and without windows. I strongly recommend paying an extra 10 dollars for a room with a window—it's like the difference between heaven and hell. Also, none of the rooms have refrigerators; you'll have to find your own way to chill anything you need. There are a lot of mosquitoes here, so I spent most of the night swatting them, which meant I didn't get a good night's sleep.
