GGuest Userthey prepared a greeting for my parents’ anniversary. ty! some confusion in the room booked tho, added few hundreds for the deluxe room king bed or 2 twin beds because it looks new but only the premier deluxe is new. enjoyed playing pickleball. playroom enjoyed by kids but only til 7pm. could add TV there also for movie nights. annoying calls prior to checkout should be stopped. great view. overall good stay

AAnonymous UserWe had a great stay at Monaco Hotel Taytay. The staff were very accommodating and polite, providing great service from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean and well-sanitized, which made our stay comfortable and worry-free.
The amenities were well-maintained, the pool was clean and we had it all to ourselves during our visit, which was a nice bonus. The gym is okay, though it only has minimal equipment (just one treadmill, for example).
Breakfast selection is limited but everything tasted good and was freshly prepared.
Overall, excellent value for money, especially considering the affordable rate we got. Would definitely recommend this for a short and comfortable stay in Taytay.

KKV584We had quite a lovely stay on our first trip together to Antipolo and our first time to stay at Altaroca. We had a nice room, comfy bed and good food at the resort. I'm glad there was free barako coffee anytime you would want some. The property also had multilevel common spaces for guests to stay at. Staff are also accommodating and very nice.
Some feedback for improvement though:
1) Room 105 needs a table inside the room. There is wasted space there that's best for a table or desk.
2) Please provide paper slippers inside the rooms if possible.
3) I don't know if many people would use the pool table given that there is a charge for that but I think it would be better if there was free use of boardgames, card games or darts so the room would be utilized more.
Overall, it's a nice resort to stay at and quite comfortable. Hopefully we can go back.

GGuest UserIt was a great stay; to make it short, the room or reservation served its purpose, we were there in Manila for a family event. If I had anything bad to say, their pool had cat poop in it, please clean it. I understand why the cleaners might not see it, it's in the middle of the people and it settled on the floor. :(

Tahimik sa gabi kaya maganda ang tulog namin. Salamat sa hotel team at napakaganda ng inyong serbisyo. Highly recommended . Siguradong babalikqn namen ang pag stay sa inyong place. Maraming salamat.

AAnonymous UserI must say it is one of the best places I have ever visited! The views are absolutely outstanding and truly exceptional. Unfortunately, we were unable to witness the sunrise or sunset due to the rainy weather during our stay.
However, despite the rain and colder temperatures, I found it to be incredibly fun and relaxing. I am truly speechless with the breathtaking views and the wonderful facilities at your property. It really does leave a lasting impression.
That said, I did encounter a small issue with the pillow in our accommodation; it appeared to be dirty and seemed not to have been changed, as there was a saliva stain on it. I believe this is an area where improvement could be made to enhance the guests' experience.
Additionally, while I found the food to be on the expensive side, I understand that the quality and experience may justify the cost.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend your property to others. Thank you for the wonderful experience, and I hope to return in the future!
