GGuest UserThe place is a cozy escape. The cottages were unique and comfortable — felt like in a fairytale cabin that is surrounded by lush vegetation. Tucked away from the crowds, it offers stunning beach views and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. the peaceful setting was just what we needed to unwind. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and recharge by the water. Oh, the staff were hospitable. I like the idea of the “HONESTY-Basis” of the restaurant. and yeah, they have a friendly pack of dogs you can play along with. 💕💕💕

RRachel St. JohnI have staued at SF Cantina several times and it has always been delightful. It isnt fancy, but it is clean, comfortable and affordable and...right on the beach! Their beach cafe is a lovely place to hang out and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. My favorite part is the staff. They are always so welcoming and helpful. They are kind to my son and do their best to help with any needs you might have. It is a safe, quiet location for families.

MMENGYAOBy the way, add a few, there is no water heater. . Without breakfast, we ca n’t go upstairs to eat seafood. We ordered a two-bedroom apartment with a large balcony outside. The main reason for the bad experience is that everything feels like money and no sense of service. . You need to collect money for food to go upstairs. You ca n’t eat seafood at the hotel when you return to the hotel. I wanted them to process it. As a result, the processing fee also costs seafood. The cost of emmm is more than the seafood we bought. Asked the kitchen to cook a instant noodle and it all received 150p, 666666

BBoris AtamanenkoIt's a mixed bag. The location is excellent, offering a different, good sea every day. For safe swimming, you need to follow the tide schedule. The hotel grounds and plants are very well maintained; they're beautiful and clean. There's a long stretch of beach for strolls. Logistically convenient – there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops selling travel essentials, and a market with fresh produce nearby. A major drawback is the large construction site nearby, which can be heard all day, especially in the bungalows nearby. The rooms and bungalows are in fair condition. However, there are some serious downsides: every other day, it was impossible to shower due to low water pressure; when the pressure was low, the water heater wouldn't turn on; and the water had a strong sewer smell. At breakfast, the restaurant won't offer you salt, pepper, or sauces unless you ask. Drinks include juice from concentrate or coffee. Only after a week did we discover they offer tea for breakfast. The breakfast is very basic, and there's no fruit at all, which is surprising given the price of fruit on the island. There was trash on the beach all week, just a little bit, washed up by the sea. It was cleaned up quickly, as it didn't require much effort. But why is the beach cleaned only once a week? The hotel website advertises a shuttle service, but I advise against it. Personal experience: I sent a text message and email to the hotel on time; our ferry departed at 5:30 PM. We arrived on the island around 7:00 PM. We weren't met. We got there ourselves. A hotel security guard met us at the hotel and gave us our room keys. It immediately became clear that the light switch in the bathroom was causing lightning and could shock us, and the water heater wasn't working. The security guard said, ”Take this up with the management tomorrow; my concern is safety.” Information about room problems is not passed on to the management. So, we spent the first night without hot water or power in the bathroom. After we contacted them, they gave us a working room mid-way through the second day. They didn't apologize for the missed shuttle service, and they didn't offer the stated compensation for our independent transfer. Moreover, I received a welcome email from the hotel after only one day of my stay. The hotel has adequate staff, and the people are positive and friendly. However, management, quality control, and leadership are seriously flawed. The rooms are overloaded with text reminders, rules, and restrictions, many of which would be confusing to a normal person. Or does the hotel manager think only people with dementia stay at their hotel? Reminders and restrictions are completely unnecessary if guests are greeted promptly and the necessary information is provided electronically in their native language.
