GGuest UserMy overall experience at The Bridge Wroclaw MGallery was excellent. The hotel is located near Wroclaw's historic district, in a quiet and atmospheric neighborhood, making it very convenient for visiting Cathedral Island, the Old Town, and taking strolls along the river. The building exterior has a stylish design, and the interior blends modern industrial aesthetics with warm lighting. The lobby, restaurant, and public areas are all very photogenic. The room was spacious and tidy, with comfortable bedding and good soundproofing. The bathroom facilities were well-appointed, making for a very relaxing stay. The front desk service was professional and friendly, and check-in and inquiries were handled quickly. The rooftop sauna, lounge area, and river views were a definite plus, and the breakfast selection was quite extensive. It offers both a holiday feel and easy access for city exploration, making it suitable for solo travelers, couples, or weekend getaways. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Wroclaw.

MMichal WozniakMixed feelings and let me explain why. Everything is brand new and very well designed, studios look great, just like in photos, lighting is nice, materials used are good. From visual pov it's all perfect, but there are some things that are crucial for good hotel experience that are lacking here. First of all beds are soft, too soft for me, same I can say about pillows - they lack that premium feeling. Next issue? Water pressure under the shower is low and as it's all brand new, I guess that's on purpose and I don't like it. And one last thing that caught me off guard - even if you have breakfast included, there are ”extra options”, that are freshly made that you need to extra pay for on the spot. Tbh it's a first time I met with such solutions and I don't get it - if breakfast is included in my room rate, why I have to pay extra cash for some poached eggs? Car park has a pretty narrow entrance but spacious spots so plus for that.

GGuest UserGreat location across the street from the main train station. Two blocks from the 106 airport bus stop. I booked a smaller room, twin beds, which I found comfortable. The breakfast was average. By that, I mean there was no method to warm the food they offered, like the crepes or pancakes. They did have a warmer for the scrambled eggs, at least. There was no toaster. They offered fruit and dessert. An assortment of coffee and tea.

GGuest UserHonestly, not too bad a stay considering it’s near the station (walkable or a stop via tram). Only issue I have was that I was staying in room facing the main road where the tram runs and it was sooo difficult to sleep cos I could hear everything (windows shut). Aircon wasn’t the best either. It was kinda warm and took very long to cool the room. The heat wave didn’t help either. Amenities wise, I tried the sauna, it was unmanned, but considering it is probably not v popular, I didn’t mind it. I quite like the peace. Staff was v nice to help turn on the sauna at off peak hours too.

Aabimustdie_Everything was great, and clean, but there was no hairdryer and I would have liked more tea options. The service was supposedly okay, but I didn't get clear instructions on how to get to the apartment. When I called reception, there was a lot of static, which I mentioned, but the receptionist just sighed instead of offering help. When I arrived at reception, I didn't even get a 'good morning,' and he looked like he was being punished to be there.

AAnonymous UserOur stay at Hotel Europejski Wrocław was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement. Booking the hotel was a breeze, especially through Trip.com. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our trip. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the mulled wine and winter tea served at the hotel café. They were absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly winter weather! The room ambience was almost similar to Hotel Hetman in Warsaw—cozy and functional—but there were some issues. Every time we entered, the room smelled like wet carpet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, fridge, and slippers, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t warm enough for winter, although the water heater and pressure were consistent, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, which affected the overall comfort. Housekeeping did an excellent job of ensuring the room was tidy, though they strictly followed the “clean my room” tag system. On one occasion, even with the tag hung, our room wasn’t cleaned, but it was resolved the next day. The café staff were friendly and attentive, even though one staff member had limited English. Their effort to serve us to the best of their ability was commendable. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming, especially compared to our previous stays at Hotel Hetman in Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, which offered a more varied and higher-quality breakfast experience. Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, such as its location, easy booking process, and some friendly staff, the room conditions, breakfast, and service inconsistencies leave room for improvement. That said, don’t miss the mulled wine and winter tea if you stay here!

AAxel_1966For the price, this is a decent hotel. It is well situated, Rooms are quiet and clean, if a bit austere. There is no room cleaning during the stay. I was there for a week, so I did get new towels. The breakfast is reasonably priced and very varied. This turns into a real restaurant at night. Didn't get a chance to try, as it required reservations. The room Wi-Fi was not great. It works well in the lobby, and less well, if at all, in the room. That being said, this is a nice hotel, well situated, and reasonably inexpensive. I dealt with the Wifi.
