"Place was good, rooms could have done with cleaning, dusty."

"Stayed at PARKROYAL Parramatta again because it’s always clean and the service is usually great. Check-in was friendly and smooth, just like before. But this time, at check-out, the front desk didn’t greet me, didn’t ask how my stay was just said “okay” when I said I was checking out. In previous visits they were much warmer, so this felt disappointing."

"Overall was a good stay. Very quiet and clean. It was just difficult to pair with the living room tv. Sometimes the internet will disconnect. Also, then dont clean or top up toiletries or coffees everyday. There's an ongoing construction at the area so i didnt bother using the balcony."

"Staff was not cooperative, they charge us 50 dollars extras for early checkin and complaining why you book from other website we cant give you favours because you book from other website and they give us not the same room which we book they give us a different one. This rule is a **** rule if i came from perth and book a hotel for me i cant wait till 2 o clock for check in. They have a room ready for us still they charge more. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. And i leave my charger over there as well and they are not returning the charger as well."
