"It’s an awful experience staying there! They gave me a room that has no hot water and the key isn’t working well. I requested changing room because in my booking it says there is garden view, they told me they can’t change it. I asked for refund, they said they can’t do refund neither! It’s wasting time of communication with them.  And the second nice the change me a room to 3rd floor, it was better, but at night they have power off!🥲 it’s location is bad too, there’s no view outside, if you expect to see some Mountain View, not possible! It’s a noisy street two sides! Their service people apparently are not professional trained! They would clean up your next door at 6am! That you can’t even get good rest there! And the price of the hotel is twice times higher that a good hotel in the center! I just think with that price, their room and service shouldn’t be so bad like that! It’s just very disappointing."
