The bed was an old spring mattress that sagged, causing back pain. It seemed like they used items from older rooms. The blanket was thin. Even though it's a service apartment rented out daily, it should be improved to be more suitable. The room condition was terrible. I booked through trip.com and paid 1500 baht per room, which was 500 baht more expensive than booking directly with the accommodation. I feel like I wasted my money. I've never stayed in a place this bad before."

When we were about to leave the accommodation at 10.30 to get the money back, the staff said that the money would be deposited no later than 15.00. The money was deposited at 14.58. We called to ask at 14.37. 3. The staff opened the door and came to clean the room at 9.00 by 3.1 Didn't knock first. 3.2 No one told us to come clean (said we told them via Line but we hadn't turned on our phone yet). 3.3 Opened the door and came in. We were sitting and listening to music."
