"We had a wonderful stay here! We highly appreciate the eco conscious values. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Location is close to beaches but secluded in a quiet natural forest. The treehouses are quiet, comfortable, and well equipped. The cafe has tasty food with lots of vegan options. We enjoyed meeting other families! And our daughter loved her surfing and skateboarding lessons with an awesome instructor! We look forward to coming back."

"An interesting hotel with potential, but service was poor while we stayed there. The atmosphere of the hotel seemed to be that of staff lacking motivation and a general feeling of trying to save money. Renovations to the hotel were of poor quality and superficial. The toilet in our washroom rocked back and forth on the floor and was not installed properly. There were quaint amenities like a pool table and library. The swimming pool was nice and Jacuzzi and fitness centre were of good quality. The most disappointing aspects were the breakfast and the cafeteria staff. They did not seem motivated or friendly and during 4 days we observed them as very slow to clean the tables. They did not greet guests or seem motivated in their job. They were often not even visible for long periods. The breakfast quality was poor and very simple. The coffee in the thermoses was always cold as were the eggs and bacon. Very simple assortment of fruit. There was just a general atmosphere of lack of motivation and attention to detail. Location was good and access to shopping and amenities was fair."

"Stayed in a cabin for four in August. Very tired decor inside (and around campsite). Air conditioning not working properly, only three plates for a 4 bed cabin and bulb not working in bedroom. Raised with reception but nothing happened despite 2/3 could have been fixed in 5 mins. Lots of better options in the area so recommend to avoid and book elsewhere."

"Breakfast was relaxed and everything you could possibly wish for was beautifully presented . Hotel is spotless with crisp white sheets and the choice of four different types of pillows . Then lots of activities nearby what’s not to like . I look forward to my next visit !"
