"We booked a deluxe apartment at the Jindi Hotel. Photos 5-6 show a room with a terrace on the booking platform. The view from the terrace was stunning, whether it was sunset or sunrise. However, the room the hotel provided didn't match the room we were given! One of the rooms actually had a door, while the other, with the bed in the living room, had no door! We arrived at the hotel just before sunset in the afternoon, but because the room we were given didn't match, they told us they were fully booked. They told us to contact the booking platform. We'd booked it three months in advance, and in the end, they just told us to understand?! It was a very unpleasant experience!"

"I left my sunglasses at the hotel, but I only realized they were missing the next day, after I had already checked out and moved to another hotel. I contacted Trip.com’s customer service to help me reach out to the hotel and locate my sunglasses. Hotel Heritage confirmed that I had indeed left them in my room when I checked out. The following day, I contacted the hotel again and asked if I could get my sunglasses back that evening, as I was leaving Montenegro for the airport at 6:00 am the next morning. Hotel Heritage kindly arranged for someone to deliver my sunglasses to me and did not charge me any fee. I am truly very grateful for their help."

"An excellent hotel right in the heart of Perast! The room was large and spacious, and we had no issues with water pressure or anything else. All the staff were absolutely wonderful. Breakfast is served at a neighboring hotel by the sea, with a fantastic view and delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel and the location is simply incredible, full of rich history."

"A nice hotel chic in the very center of Perast. Meet and escort to a golf car taxi, as cars are only allowed on the embankment with special resolution. The cleaning of the rooms was not very good - the mirror was in divorce, the top shower left a strange hair. On the first day there was no beach towels, gave white with holes and spots. I know that the problem with water (it is undehydrated), but for breakfast was served coffee salted, that is, it was from this salt water. The view from the terrace where breakfast is cool and straight on the water. The good were cruissants and fruit, and here all the Al cards are tasteless and rubber omlets, unclear yoghurt in the glass - disappointment."

"It is with reluctance that I give this rating because the location is great, the staff lovely, the hotel pleasant. The breakfast is also good. But the bedding is deplorable, the bed base is a wooden board which means that as soon as you move in the night the bed creaks!! Finally the mattress is not comfortable. For your information: there is no parking at the hotel and you cannot drive in the city. You will have to park outside for 15€/day and the hotel will send a car to pick you up."

"I was very pleased with my stay at this apartment. A huge thank you to the hospitable hosts, Marco and his charming wife. My room was ready early, and I checked in at 12:00! It was a pleasure! The room is perfect, with everything I needed – the bed is comfortable, the mattress is firm, and the air conditioning isn't aimed at the bed, which is great! The kitchen is well-equipped – there are all the necessary utensils, olive oil, salt, sugar, coffee, and tea. A bottle of water and a bottle of wine were complimentary. The embankment is downstairs, just 85 steps. The host was always accommodating. For example, when a very noisy group was partying, I wrote to him, he talked to the noisy guests, and the noise immediately stopped. I asked for a late checkout, and he also accommodated me. Overall, I am grateful for the warm welcome, the good quality of the furniture and the apartment overall, and for the hospitality and friendliness."
