"Unfortunately, I arrived a little early. Check-in started at 2 p.m., so no problem, I thought. However, the reception didn't open until 5 p.m., which I only found out after a bit of searching. My reservation number wasn't accepted by the machine, so I wanted to call to get into the room. There was no phone number on site, however. The number provided by Trip was answered with "number has changed". In my opinion, that's unacceptable service. The hotel was reminiscent of a Premiere Classe with an outside balcony. The rooms were a little higher and more stylish. Right next door was a Brit hotel."

The service staff was very friendly and took the initiative to help carry luggage (no elevator), and also taught us how to use the hot water device of the open bar. The room was also very clean.
