"Nice hotel in the middle of nowhere , close to the Uluru. Everything was there. It was nice and clean especially the bathroom etc- carpet in the room, needed some more vacuuming, many moths in and outside the room… we put them outside. The staff could have … but lets be real: in that kind of Environment, what do you expect? Of course there is a lot of nature, so we didn’t mind.  Great experience to have spent time there!"

"A 5 star rated and cost hotel with nice amenities and outdoor environment. Room is very spacious and faces the garden.  Hotel food pricing expensive and not worth the cost as there is a much better option at the Desert in the Garden hotel under same group.  Also staff service could do with more friendly smiles and welcoming attitudes.  Not sure if they are part timers or working holidays staff since some show their inexperience in service.  Other areas for improvement are insufficient signage of directions in such huge resort hotel, no room number on the desk phone in room, stains found on walls in bathroom and in toilet bowl (due to minerals in flushing water from the area per management explanation)."

"To visit Uluru on a budget this is an ok option. The lodges are very dirty, with not many positives other than they serve a purpose for those on a tight budget. Even in which case, having stayed in many budget accommodations, this wasn’t a great one. Location was fine as it is part of the resort. One plus point is it has good evening entertainment with live music, cook your own bbq and good vibes."
