"This hotel is centrally located in Phrae, conveniently close to various tourist attractions. However, the soundproofing in the rooms is extremely poor. I could distinctly hear the elevator, people walking by, and conversations happening in the hallway. The rooms are standard, a bit on the small side, and the bed was quite firm. What truly shocked me upon entering was finding stagnant water in the sink. The soap and shampoo bottles had visible residue on them, making me reluctant to use them; I actually had to scrub them clean with my toothbrush. In the morning (around 7:15 AM), my key card stopped working, failing to activate the room's electricity. I then had to wait until 8:00 AM for a technician to begin work. On a positive note, I'd like to commend the front desk staff for their helpful and well-intentioned service."

"The hotel was great in every aspect. Clean, good room, good bed, good bathroom – everything was perfect. The only downside was that the housekeeping staff came to clean very early in the morning, around 7 am, and were incredibly noisy. The noise carried through to the room below, including children's noise. It was excessively loud. In summary, everything was great except for the housekeeping staff cleaning too early and making so much noise that it disturbed other guests trying to rest."

"When we finally arrived we enjoyed our stay. I say that because I was using the hotel provided address on Google Maps and it first took us to Don Chai, then to the other hotel by the same brand and then we finally got to the correct address. Once there we slept well on the comfortable beds and woke to an ok breakfast."

"Bad experience, as was forced tp share a bath room with other guests. We arrived late and the road was dark and very dangerous, as it was a dirt path in a roce paddy. Could not go anywhete else in pitch darkness. There was no indication that thr room type had no bathroom.. For a price of almost 1400 thb per night, its unacceptable relative to price. Food was good, design was nice, bit bed room ablnd bath room-main product- was very much lavking."

"I booked two rooms for one night on December 28th, costing 1400 baht, and received a confirmation from Trip.com. My card was charged. For extra security, I called the property (the owner's mobile) to reconfirm. The hotel staff said there were no issues and they would recheck with Trip.com and call me back to confirm, which they did. When we arrived at 8 PM, it turned out only one room was available. The other room wasn't. The Burmese staff member called the owner (who was in Bangkok) via LINE. I also called the owner's number. After five calls, the owner finally answered and said they didn't know what to do. They asked for the reference number and contact details, which I showed them via a screenshot. Ultimately, the staff member's wife told us to use a bedroom in the conference room. This was because, according to the owner, they thought guests wouldn't arrive at 8 PM during high season, so they sold the room at the front desk. I hope Trip.com finds a way to compensate us, or at least addresses this issue."

The blue-and-white patterned tiling is gorgeous and makes the space feel bright and fresh. It’s well-maintained with good water pressure and a reliable heater. Exceptional Service What truly sets this place apart is the hospitality. The hotel owner and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful—they genuinely go out of their way to ensure guests feel at home and have everything they need for a smooth stay. Convenience & Practicality Parking: No stress here. There is plenty of parking available right in front of the hotel, and additional spaces are provided at the back of the building, which is very convenient for those traveling with their own vehicle. Location: The building itself is easy to find and provides a peaceful environment while still being accessible. Final Verdict: Whether you're here for business or leisure, The Indigo House offers great value, beautiful design, and top-tier service. Highly recommended for a comfortable and authentic stay in Phrae!"
