"We could not fault it everyone was so accommodating helpful we came 2nd sep to the 5th it was booked in by Mrs bray for 6 of us food rooms were excellent and the staff went all out for us one of us was disabled and they were all lovely and couldn't speak any higher of them best premier we ever stayed it thankyou all so much for a wonderful stay it was like home from home we will come back we already came twice this year both times was lovely"

"My sister and I stayed at the Old Manse for 2 nights last weekend to attend a family celebration in the area. On arrival we were met by Valerie who after showing us our room made us a welcome cup of tea with biscuits We stayed in the garden room which was comfortable, just a pity the weather wasn't good enough to enjoy the lovely garden. We also had bathrobes which was unexpected but appreciated. On the first evening we enjoyed a drink in the lounge with some other guests. Breakfast on both mornings was well cooked and plenty of it. All of the staff we met were very friendly, helpful and cheerful from the waiting staff to David who had the misfortune of having to try to mend the light I had broken. The owner Valerie was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay, just a pity we only had two nights."
