"We like the hotel very well! I want to leave my feedback about the room I stayed ( we were directed to a room for physically disabled ) even if I said at the reception that I and my husband would stay. I only saw when we came up and I found it very unscrupulous and could have been informed. I went to ask about it, and the receptionist said it was bigger and had more rooms for the disabled. They never asked me if I wanted to change my room or if everything was okay! I didn't like that! Because I know they had other rooms. Finally...
