"Rooms are small, but but nicely appointed, with plenty of closet space. The location couldn’t be better, a short walk to the Ajax base, and nice common areas (though the roof /pool hot tub was a disappointment ), valet park wing was quite convenient and while interaction with the staff was limited, they were all helpful."

"i have to say is the Concierge, ex St Regis where outstanding! Best feature of the hotel! It’s a small hotel which we liked, the location is on the main road so you do have noise on the terrace which is a shame as the view was lovely, the terrace was also very dusty on the floor and no one cleaned it on our whole stay. It’s a new hotel so I think the housekeeper team needs some work, each day rags or pillow cases were left in our room and when we check in coffee stains outside. It was clean, just the details, one night only one room was turned down, another day they forgot the powder room. Laundry is horrible sent to the dry cleaners and sent back not on time and with labels all over and not done well. Not to the price point for a 3 star service then yes ok. The restaurant is ok, the breakfast choices are not and limited. The gym is tiny but new and clean. The style of the hotel is traditional in the rooms and brown tones, the rooms are a bit tight and there is no bathtub just showers. For a penthouse i find it a little odd not to have one. A good addition to Aspen, but for me not a wow… apart from the concierge A note to the house car drivers some of them were lovely, most of the staff were general great, just the whole experience needs a bit more polish as a packet. ."

"great spot here... probs the best spot in town if u want to be near the gondola that takes you to the top of the mountain. we could ski off of our front porch! - ya cant get better than that.. our condo was also great spotless and very comfy. well done guys! highly reccommend.."

"Pluses—great location, good gym, comfortable rooms, small gift amenities were a nice touch. Cons—very costly massages and if you wanted to use the hot tub, cold plunge, steam etc and were not getting a spa treatment that day, the access fee is $175 per person per day. Seems outrageous for a hotel where rooms run $1500++ a night to have a surcharge for relatively basic spa facilities. Also inhospitable cancellation period, generally a month! Also the grand deluxe room at 400 square feet felt cramped, perhaps the furniture , but it was snug especially for two people."
