"Top choice! Great stay at Lazaros. Although I stayed in a room at the front part of the hotel it was very quiet and I enjoyed quality sleep. I needed to work for a couple of hours and the Wi-Fi was really good compared to other places I have stayed in Greece. Bathroom was big and modern and the whole place was spotless clean. Also, a big plus are the beach towels provided at the reception. I would definitely recommend it!"

"Probably the most comfortable one I have ever stayed in. There were no children throughout the process, very peaceful and relaxing. Professional staff service, rooms cleaned daily, minibar drinks rich and will be replenished, the standard surpasses many five-star hotels. The hotel should be newly opened with modern and tidy facilities. The only drawback is the more remote location, a bit far from the city center, about 15 minutes by taxi from the airport, higher transportation costs without driving. The hotel also offers activities and transportation arrangements, although convenient but at a higher price. Overall, highly recommended for travelers who want a quiet and high-quality holiday."

"We stayed a total of 10 nights in this lovely apartment located in the heart of Tsilivi. The apartment is situated above a bakery and is a 5-minute walk to the beach. The apartment is fully equipped and spacious, with a large balcony. The apartment is cleaned every day after 11 am, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The apartment has many pros and few cons. The only downside we personally experienced was the firmness of the mattresses. Aside from that, I would definitely recommend it!"

"Just returned from 9 days stay at the Anetis... what a fabulous time we had. Very clean rooms, excellent view, brilliant and hospitable staff. I wouldn't stay anywhere else as we have been truly spoilt by this beautiful place. Nothing is too much trouble for all the staff... Dennis, Billy, Ilias and all the staff from the Lifetime bar ensure that you have a wonderful holiday. The food in the Lifetime bar is delicious.....compliments to the chef.... I really can't wait to holiday at the Anetis again next year."

"Check in was terrible, check in online first then at reception.. gave me a key card for room then took it away then another key card took me to room and then said it wasn’t ready it was after 4pm that we arrived.. then to be told they gave me wrong room. Very disorganised my first impression. Finally got too room was very dusty and unclean and safe didn’t work tv didn’t work pillows missing from beds so again had to go to reception, half the evening gone by now! After all that in general it carried through the whole holiday food at Buffet was terrible dry over cooked or uncooked and tasteless service in main restaurant was terrible had to eat on messy tables and get my own cutlery and ask for my own drinks at the bar as so un organised . I spent a lot of money on this holiday for all inclusive and the best time I had and food was off the park I would not recommend this park was very disappointed will never return"

"Just back from a fab week at the palazetto suites. We had the best room over looking the beach ! Our room was bright with stunning sea views . The beds were very comfortable & room was cleaned every day with fresh towels . The bathrooms could be doing with an upgrade but it didn’t spoil our time here . We only ate breakfast here & the dining room is lovely decorated with plenty of choice for breakfast . The pool area was lovely, especially as it’s adult only so no kids in your pool . It’s literally a few steps down to the beach & there is a fab beach bar Seau adjoined to the hotel where we had some great lunches & drinks . Fab holiday & we look forward to returning here in September ."

"Lovely spacious 2 bedroom apartment for a family of 5. Everything we needed was there. Great location few minutes from the beach and 5 minutes to bars and restaurants. Cleaning ladies were very friendly emptying our bins every morning. Pool bar ran by Yannis and Eva made our holiday. Food was beautiful, we ate there nearly every day for breakfast/lunch. They really made our family feel so welcome. They had new baby tortoises and Eva allowed my son to hold them which he loved. Nothing was too much trouble for them - even letting my husband request his beloved golf tournament on the tv. We will 100% be staying there again."

"Fantastic hotel.Very clean spacious bedroom.Bathroom was a bit of a squeeze as the glass partition was to big ,leaving a narrow gap to pass through into the shower.Comfortable beds ,linen changed regularly and towels daily.Breakfast included and had a great choice of both continental and hot cooked food.Also a friendly egg chef .Breakfast was the best.Good pool and bar but only seconds from a great beach with bars and water sports.The hotel was run with precision ,all staff extremely friendly and made our stay even more memorable.Will return in September"

Rooms are beautiful, cleaners are caring and thoughtful. I can't recommend this place enough! Just perfect. Will be back 💜"

"Stayed at Mamfredas in September 2022. Loved the place! The villa was lovely and spacoius. Location close to the beach, just 5 min walk. The villas are in a lovely garden, kept very well. Cleaning of high level. Clean pool towels every morning on the sun loungers by your private pool. Only two issues; the air con units and shower heads had reached their age. Otherwise this resort and it’s villas are top-notch. Highly recommend the Halfway House restaurant opposite, the best food in Tsilivi/Planos. The desserts made by ”the mum” is out of this world."

"honestly cannot complain about our stay, all staff members have been extremely polite and helpful, pool and communal areas have been kept clean at all times of the day with multiple members of cleaning staff keeping on top of plates and glasses and making sure the floor is swept All inclusive drinks have been good and generous portions of alcohol , As somebody who is a fussy eater there was always something i was able to eat with a good selection and the food was constantly rotated so it was fresh, snack bar provided chips, other hot food, sandwiches and icecream the restaurant staff were extremely attentive and made sure the tables were clean and plates were cleared for the next guests bingo , karaoke and entertainment was provided in the evenings hotel location is perfect , 20/30 minute drive from the airport, we didnt come for a clubbing holiday but its not difficult if you did want to travel in a cab to the strip Beach was clean and tidy and there was steps from the hotel directly on the beach with a foot wash station provided My only downside would be a 20 euro charge to use the sunbeds in the daytime , we didnt pay for this as we avoided peak times and were not charged to leave our stuff on the beds as we went into the sea Up the road from the hotel there are many shops and supermarkets for anything you could possibly need , 5 minute walk at max We did not book excursions with the hotel as we went up the road to a travel shop and it worked out around half the price , so i would recommend doing that instead 50 euro pp for turtle tour booked with hotel 26 euro pp booked with travel agents up the road lots of cats around the hotel area which were extremely friendly!! and a couple dogs who appreciated a fuss and loved a cuddle all in all i would definitely come back to tsvili beach hotel and would recommend to anybody who is thinking of booking in the area for a good price"
New Beach Hotel
"We were welcomed with champagne and politeness. However, when we entered the room, we felt uncomfortable because it was humid and had a bad smell. We had difficulty sleeping on the first night due to the humidity. The next day, we were out at the beach. When we returned, we discovered that the floor was dirty. There were black hairs (mine is long, I am blonde, and the children and my husband have short hair, so it wasn't theirs) and dirt. The description we received from Apollo mentioned that the room was cleaned daily. When we went to take a shower, there was no hot water. We complained at the reception, and they said they would call a technician. After many hours of waiting, without taking a bath, and expecting confirmation that the water was fixed, we got frustrated because no one came to inform us, so we entered the bathroom to bathe with cold water. To our surprise, the water was suddenly fixed. On the same day, while leaving for an evening walk, we met the reception staff who asked us with a smile if everything was okay with the water now. No information was given to us. We also noticed that the curtain was simply hanging and not properly drawn in the room. The bathroom smelled terrible, and the towels were dirty with stains and hairs. The air conditioning was leaking. There was a safe in the room, which they told us was very secure. Later, we discovered that it had a hidden code from 1 to 6, so it wasn't safe at all. Our little son had an accident during the night while we were staying there; he wet the bed. When we removed the sheets, we discovered that the mattress had stains from old urine, blood, and candy wrappers underneath. The pillowcases also had stains (I can't say what they were from, but they didn't give a sense of freshness), and overall, we were disappointed with the hotel. Both my spouse and I went to the reception to express our complaints. They told both of us that the same day, at 6:00 PM, the cleaner would come again to clean the room once more. We waited until 8:30 PM, but no one came. Then we contacted Apollo and complained there. After 10 minutes, there was a knock on the door. It was the reception staff who wanted to properly hang the curtain, something we forgot to mention when we went to complain about everything else. This shows that they were aware of how awful the room was. But they did nothing about it. After 20 minutes, the cleaner came to clean our room once again. Despite the room being cleaned (supposedly, it was still dirty) every day until we left, we hesitated to touch anything, lie down on the bed, or take a bath. The bathroom was disgusting. When my son wet the bed, they did nothing to clean the mattress. I would not recommend anyone to go to this hotel. It's not worth the money. Neither the service nor the cleanliness were good. Choose something else! Cleanliness is crucial in a hotel."
Caravel Suites - Adults Only
"We have just returned from a wonderful two-week holiday at TUI Blue Caravel in Tsilivi, Zante, and had a truly fantastic time filled with rest and relaxation. The hotel has a peaceful ambiance throughout, both inside and outside, with stunning views across the bay. The staff were second to none—always smiling, friendly and eager to help. We would particularly like to mention Katia, Marianna and Mary in the restaurant; Elsa, Anni and Oliver from TUI; Bianca, Paulina and Nikita from the spa; and Vasilis, who worked tirelessly each evening taking drink orders. The daytime and evening entertainment were enjoyable, with organised activities during the day and live performances most evenings. We also took part in several excellent excursions, including the Shipwreck viewpoint, turtle watching, a local vineyard and olive press, and other traditional Zante crafts. Our jeep adventure was another highlight, offering fantastic views. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, and we never had any trouble finding sunbeds. Both infinity pools offered amazing sea views, and the water was warm to hot during our stay. While the beach is perhaps a little small, there are plenty of sunbeds available, and the sea is shallow and pleasantly warm. Our room was comfortable, with adequate storage, and was kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping team. The only slight downside was its position at the rear/side of the hotel, overlooking a builders’ yard, although we could still enjoy a partial sea view. The hotel staff were very responsive and quickly dealt with any questions or requests we had. All in all, we had a fantastic holiday at TUI Blue Caravel and would definitely love to return."

"We had a really relaxing stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was clean and well looked after. The food was delicious with plenty of choice, and every meal was enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely come back. "Ok.So, I usually do a review with accommodation facilities location restaurant pool all that kind of thing but I'm going to do one simple review here because this is room only apartments so a lot of the ancillary aspects disappear compared to major hotels. okay so room only .. I was upgraded to from the solos room for free the room was traditional Greek build not concrete block hotel with flora and fauna everywhere, very basic but very clean. Cleaned daily to a high standard and linen changed every day , it has basic cooking facilities and it's basically somewhere to sleep The location is fantastic 5 minutes to the main bars restaurants in the town so location can't be beaten The only negative I would say is the steep climb from the main road up to the apartments I'm the wrong side of 50 had a knee operation about a year ago so it's been uncomfortable and if you don't like steep climbs or not that fit probably pass it by , otherwise if you want to come room only sample the local delights then you really can't beat this place and the staff are exceptionally friendly and can't do enough for you. and he wasn't for this deep climb I'd of given five stars. the staff are exceptionally friendly and can't do enough for you no complaints, billions of gratitude to the staff, very helpful.
