The hotel is 20 min walk from main centre, the rooms at the back have a very poor view . Although trip advisor showed a picture of a room I booked with river view and balcony I was given a non river view This was trip advisors website fault for displaying wrong room and hotels for not correcting it. However the hotel did change my room to river view as one was available. The breakfast is not very good and overpriced as well as the Skybar food. The staff were pleasant on the whole apart from a security guard who saw me at reception and then when I came back to hotel followed me like I was not a resident.

First of all, we received a very warm welcome. Good thing is the view is stunning at this price. Ok, the bad thing is the wifi is non-existing. Breakfast you might need to queue up for 15-20 mins to be seated, it’s not that the tables are not enough, it’s just the recover is too slow. During the midnight you couldn’t open the windows due to the noise from the car racing in the street almost the whole night. You could walk to the town but not close.

Was good location, walking distance from Porto center with rooftop bar and wonderful view. Had good facilities (limited gym but could get hotel-arranged bikes) and the breakfast was very good. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

Overpriced, No parking available, you have to find a parking space at the street in front if you are lucky. Location is quite away from the city center, around 20 min, which is a problem when is a hot day. The section of the river in front of the hotel is not the prettiest. You cannot see the bridges from there or any other picturesque location. Disappointed.

Stunning-after a disappointing trip into Porto with cranes, building work and scaffolding everywhere in the city it was lovely to come back to peace and quiet. Everything was modern and clean-perfect

Nice 4 star hotel with a river view. Had an excellent spread for breakfast. Close to the few Porto monuments.

We were generally satisfied. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for a city trip. Unfortunately, we didn't like the breakfast so much. The scrambled eggs were like ready-made eggs from a carton, and the boiled eggs were ice-cold, as if they'd come from the freezer. We also found the selection a bit limited. The hotel's location was so-so. It was a 10-minute walk to the metro. Next time, we'd choose a more centrally located hotel. But all in all, it was a pleasant stay.

We stayed in a duplex suite. The hotel's location is excellent, right on the riverfront, with the historic Tram 1 passing below. The hotel is housed in a former convent and has been expertly renovated. In the room, we found a bottle of Port and Pastel de Nata to welcome us. A bottle of water with refills was also available. The breakfast was plentiful, varied, and authentic, with different pastries every morning. The staff was attentive and extremely courteous. The hotel restaurant, where we had dinner one evening, and the rooftop bar were also excellent. I had three massages with Sofia, a professional and kind therapist. I hope to return! Congratulations, four fantastic days. Bikes were provided by the hotel for a ride to the ocean!
