"Surprisingly, no one on Ctrip has left any reviews or photos of this amazing hotel! Highly recommended! The rooms are stunning, and the breakfast is fantastic! Although there are many stairs, the hotel staff are incredibly helpful and can assist with luggage. The breakfast is one of the few that isn't salty and is exceptionally well-prepared! You'll be given a small mobile phone upon check-in; you can contact staff via WhatsApp."

"We just returned from a trip to Positano. We considered staying at Hotel Poseidon and decided to stay at Hotel Punta Regina instead since the rooms at Hotel Regina looked larger. We LOVED Hotel Regina! The hotel had a great location for us, it was super clean, intimate, spacious room, the staff was wonderful and the roof top pool was lovely. It was also right down the street from one of our favorite restaurants - Mediterraneo. Francesca at the front desk was LOVELY - warm, inviting and very helpful. The waiters at the rooftop bar/dining spot were all wonderful and extremely welcoming. The day we rented a boat, we walked up to the rooftop to get a coffee to go. Without saying anything, one of the waiters recognized what we were doing and handed me a white to-go bag. He instructed me to fill it with breakfast items while he made my cappuccino to go. He then filled a plastic container with fresh fruit for us and placed it in another to go bag. While the location worked for us - it is a lot of steps to get to Spaggia Beach (roughly 397). For us, it served as our daily exercise and allowed us to eat all the pasta and treats we wanted guilt free. We cannot wait to go back! Thank you, Francesca and all Hotel Regina staff!"

"Wonderful stay. Perfect location, is on the busy pedestrian street of Positano but the minute you enter the hotel is a luxury oasis. Beautifully designed courtyard and swimming pool, a perfect place to spend the morning or afternoon. Classic Room was spacious even with a baby cot, not modern but has its charm. The staff are excellent, especially Antonio at the pool who took such good care of us and always carries a smile and with excellent drinks. The lady at breakfast is also so attentive to our family. Some staff are lacking friendliness which should be reviewed as 90% of the team are generally wonderful. Great breakfast buffet selection, with scrambled eggs, cheeses, cold cut, fresh fruits, fresh organic juice and pastries. Early evening in the courtyard with drinks and live music is such the perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend this beautiful property!"

"Eden Roc exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of champagne in each room, which was a wonderful touch. Even better, everything in the minibar was included at no extra charge. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable. The rooftop is spectacular, with an amazing pool and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. The food was delicious, and the staff delivered truly first-class service throughout our stay—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Without question, this will be my hotel of choice every time I return to Positano. I couldn’t recommend it more highly."

"The location is next to the pier. There is a bar next to it at night. It will be noisy until 2 or 3 in the morning. There is a smell of ship tail on the balcony. The room is very big, probably because it is the best room type in the hotel. The swimming pool on the balcony is more like a hot spring, which is meaningless. The facilities in the room are old and simple, there is no free mineral water, and the steam room seems to be broken. The hotel should be old. The hotel has three restaurants. The breakfast is very simple and there is nothing delicious. The pizza is also average, and the attitude of the pizza restaurant staff is very bad. The main restaurant tastes good and the service is enthusiastic. The front desk staff is also good, but overall it is too old."

"Villa Fiorentino is hands down the best hotel in Positano. I have stayed here in 2016 and again in 2025. The property has the best view and the most friendly staff. The best swimming pools out of all the hotels in Positano. It is family run and a kind family environment, and good energy in general. The rooms are incredible and spacious. We stayed in the sogno apartment which was spacious and beautiful. Breakfast was incredible. I also saw the luxury lifestyle suite which had its own pool and was absolutely amazing and breathtaking. Thank you Paola and the staff at Villa Fiorentino for making our stay marvelous."
