Hotel Royal Positano ★★★★
"The most terrible experience I had in italy, starting from the reception to the insects in the bed and the mouse poop in the bathroom. Zero amenities, staff extremely unprofessional. The hotel is old and I guess it was the hotel to be at in the old times, has a good view on positano but the service is so bad to a point where I have missed my ferry cz they haven't handled my bags to the porter although I have informed them in the morning before I went out that they are supposed to hand my bags to the porters, so I arrived to the port and my bags were not there so my ferry left and I had to pay a taxi 200 euros to take me to Napoli as this was this last ferry of the day."
Positano Art Hotel Pasitea ★★★★
"Good location and nice scenery."
Casa Guadagno ★★
Villa Flavio Gioia ★★★★
"Power outage! And they blamed it on my phone charging. What an awful business! I'm a Ctrip Black Diamond member, and I will definitely file a complaint against Ctrip for this! A hotel like this costing 3700 yuan a night, and it's even listed on Ctrip!"
La Caravella di Positano - Relais & Beach ★★★
"Pros: - Beach front location although you don’t get a beach front view or porch unless you book their villas. - Very near the port and near all the beach front restaurants and activities. - They give you fresh towels and take out the trash every day. - Very nice staff. Cons: - We had to pay cash. Their terminal wasn’t working properly. We tried four cards in total which all worked fine everywhere else. So we had to find an ATM and withdraw money. - The toilet stinks. For some reason even after cleaning and even after turning the exhaust on, the stink doesn’t go away. - Poor drainage - water and dirt get stuck both in the shower and sink."
Hotel Savoia ★★★★
"I give 1 star because they didn't return the money!!! Fraud!"
Palazzo Marzoli Resort, Positano ★★★★
"The view from the hotel balcony was unbeatable, which was what attracted me to the hotel. However, other aspects were quite disappointing. The room facilities were outdated, and the shower was so old I couldn't even wash my hair. Breakfast was served by room service, the selection was meager and the food was unappetizing; fruit required an extra charge. The location required taking a bus to reach the town center. The landlord initially quoted an outrageous 50 euros for parking, but we ended up finding a designated blue line parking spot ourselves. Having traveled to Sorrento, compared to other hotels of the same star rating, the hotel price was definitely inflated; it would only be worth considering if it were at least 50% off."
Albergo Miramare Positano ★★★★
"The hotel is in a good location, the breakfast room is beautiful, the breakfast is rich, and the service is also very good. The only regret is that the price is a bit high. The last picture is shown on the Ctrip page. I stayed for three nights, but it is not actually provided. I hope Ctrip will not mislead me. It is recommended to stay for two nights. Positano is very small, and two nights is enough. The overall price of this place is very high. The room layout should be different for each room type and when booking. The facilities are slightly average. It is an old-fashioned building. I understand."
La Sorgente del Sole ★★★
"La Sargente del Sole Hotel has its charm, with a cute and very clean environment that offers stunning sea-front views. The picturesque setting is truly a highlight, providing a serene and beautiful backdrop for a getaway. However, our experience was somewhat marred by the owner's approach. While it's clear she takes great pride in maintaining the hotel, her strict, almost military-like demeanor made it hard for us to feel relaxed and at home. Additionally, the hotel is quite far from the town, which can be inconvenient for those looking to explore the area easily. Given the high prices, we expected a more welcoming atmosphere and better value for money. While the location and cleanliness are commendable, these factors detract from the overall experience."

Hotel Dimora Fornillo
"Clean apartment, delicious breakfast, beautiful sea view. The only thing is it takes a long time to get from the center uphill"
La Maliosa d'Arienzo
"Book this place for having a good location and a good view but if you want to go star in your room with a good breakfast and a good view it is not possible since you can only eat where they say besides that they do not give any if you pay more or less nothing is possible make you pay more money or less"
Buca di Bacco
"The hotel is right by the public beach, making it very convenient to get around. The room was comfortable, and stepping out, you're greeted with an unbeatable sea view. The breakfast area was elegant, and the food was also quite good. All in all, it was a very satisfying stay."
Il Barilotto
"The staff (family run hotel) here is so amazing they make you feel so welcomed. When we got there we were brought up to view the terrace. And when we check in later the staff/ owner introduced every bit of the room to us and even said I love you to us haha. He’s so funny and a nice person. Amazing view and cozy bed. Not located in main town but have shuttle service at certain times (driven by the owner ) so if you aren’t traveli"
Covo Dei Saraceni
"The location is next to the pier. There is a bar next to it at night. It will be noisy until 2 or 3 in the morning. There is a smell of ship tail on the balcony. The room is very big, probably because it is the best room type in the hotel. The swimming pool on the balcony is more like a hot spring, which is meaningless. The facilities in the room are old and simple, there is no free mineral water, and the steam room seems to be broken. The hotel should be old. The hotel has three restaurants. The breakfast is very simple and there is nothing delicious. The pizza is also average, and the attitude of the pizza restaurant staff is very bad. The main restaurant tastes good and the service is enthusiastic. The front desk staff is also good, but overall it is too old."
Villa In Positano With Luxury Spa & Amazing View
Villa Magia
"Surprisingly, no one on Ctrip has left any reviews or photos of this amazing hotel! Highly recommended! The rooms are stunning, and the breakfast is fantastic! Although there are many stairs, the hotel staff are incredibly helpful and can assist with luggage. The breakfast is one of the few that isn't salty and is exceptionally well-prepared! You'll be given a small mobile phone upon check-in; you can contact staff via WhatsApp."
Hotel Villa Franca
"Superb experience, really five-star service, champagne is delivered every day, and the room is cleaned twice a day. There are many service staff, everyone is doing their part, very patiently introducing and explaining the hotel and places to go around. There is also a handwritten welcome card. The location is at a small high point in Positano, so the view from the balcony is great, and the hotel is at the highest point from some angles. There are Shuttles up and down the mountain, remember not to carry your luggage up! When you report to the hotel at Ferry, someone will help you send the luggage up, and the fee will be included in the hotel bill."
Hotel Punta Regina
"We had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Hotel Punta Regina. The staff were exceedingly friendly, the room was beautiful, and the hotel was gorgeous. The breakfast was also one of the best we had during our three week travel across Italy. I highly recommend!"
Hotel Villa Gabrisa
"It's classy and stylish! There is a large balcony with a view of the mountains and the sea. There is also a whirlpool bathtub on the balcony (not used), and a smart toilet in the room, which is the first time I have seen it in Europe. Breakfast is also a la carte, so you can eat whatever you want. Nothing wrong with it except that it's expensive."
Hotel Posa Posa
"Located in the heart of Positano, the hotel offers excellent transportation access, with bus stops right outside. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the lobby, foyer, and hallways are elegantly decorated. The restaurant's food is superb, and the terrace offers stunning views. A paid parking lot is conveniently located just across the street. However, due to the hotel's age, some facilities are somewhat outdated. Overall, it's a very good hotel and I recommend staying there."
Five Positano - Dimora d'Arte
"Did we die and go to Heaven fro our 5 night stay ?? Omg everything we thought Positano and The Amalfi coast would be , was surpassed. Positano is all abut the views , the higher up you go the better the views. Pascal and I wanted a gorgeous place to stay , with those famous views, someplace sophisticated, clean , modern, comfortable, yet with charm and warmth and….. good reviews. ( truth be told I am a fashion designer and Pascal is a Florsit and we lived in New York for 30 years .. we wanted something really “Nice” ) We hit the jackpot as we ascended in to the heavens , yes Montepertuso where five Positano is located is almost in heaven, and its a schlep / climb to get up there, or bus ride, But so worth it. As our ferry approached Positano , Elvira , who speaks fluent english, was already in touch via WhatsAp, excited to meet us , with directions on how to get to Five Positano, we simplified life and took a taxi and Elvira was waiting for us when we arrived and insisted on helping with our bags for the last few steps , ( Positano is all about steps ) Five is jaw droppingly gorgeous , beautifully and tastefully decorated with epic views from their terraces , we had tears in our eyes before we even made it up to our spectacular room. We chose “ Sinensis” the room with a terrace and jacuzzi. Looking down over Positano , and out across the Mediterranean. The view was like looking at a living post card , awe inspiring . The room is magnificent, the bathroom gorgeous and the views from our balcony on one side and large Terrace out front …AMAZING We kept pinching ourselves that the Almafi coast dream had finally come true. Bigger and Better than we could have imagined. The delicious Breakfast in the mornings is chosen the night before from a large menu and lovingly prepared by Debora in the kitchen. There were two host Elvira and Sarah , both of whom are extraordinary warm gracious hosts. Every question patiently answered, with loads of recommendations , and they were at our beck and call on WhastAp should we need help at anytime during the day. The incredible “Il Retrovo” restaurant is only a short 5-6 minute walk and the legendary Trattoria “La Tagliata” is also nearby, even though their free shuttle picked us up … we ate at both and they are incredible. Each morning we walked the 1000 -1500 steps down to the center of Positano, and that walk was magical , winding down the cliff side, through trees, past little terraced farms , the air perfumed with Jasmine and lemon blossoms , and different , breathtaking views revealed as we descended … we always took the local bus back up in the evenings. We love love loved Five Positano and we truly hope to return there again, I hope you have the same magical experience we had."
Hotel Eden Roc
"The hotel was wonderful. Great service. Lovely room. Would 100% recommend. We had a fantastic time in Positano."
Villa Fiorentino
"This was our second time staying at Villa Fiorentino, and it remains our absolute favorite place in the world. If you are planning a trip to Positano, look no further—this is the only choice. The property is a true hidden gem. It offers a peaceful, relaxing escape from the bustling pace of the main shopping areas below, giving you the best of both worlds. The views of Positano from both the swimming pool and our private room are completely unmatched. Every morning, an impeccable breakfast was served right on our private terrace, making for an unforgettable start to the day. The accommodations themselves were flawless and perfectly maintained. What truly sets Villa Fiorentino apart is the incredible staff. They are remarkably attentive and anticipated our every need with genuine warmth. We loved having wonderful conversations with them, and their local recommendations were spot-on. They make you feel like family from the moment you arrive."
Hotel le Agavi
"Goodd"
Le Sirenuse
"Very beautiful hotel and decoration of the room/common area has fantastic taste. The staff are very polite, sincere and helpful. The most hygienic hotel I have ever stay , I saw the staff did thorough cleaning at breakfast/cafe sitting area, I felt so safe to stay here ."
