"Everything was as expected and even beyond in some aspects. The staff is friendly and helpful. They all speak Romanian, Hungarian and English. The rooms are big enough and the cleaners are doing a good job. We had breakfast and dinner included and the food was good and varied. The SPA is great but can be a bit crowded as it serves 3 hotels: Sovata, Bradet and Ursina. The parking is a bit crowded too but we found a parking spot - that costs 15 RON per day. Our daughter forgot her plush toy in the room and we found out too late, but the staff went above and beyond and sent it to our home through a fast courier service."

"The hotel is located not far from the Old Town, just a few minutes' walk away, but its spacious private parking lot is something no other hotel within the Old Town can match. For my two-night stay, I chose the highest-class suite, which was incredibly spacious and decorated with a classic flair. This room likely had the largest window in the entire hotel, offering a truly delightful view of the Old Town."

"Nice hotel, all in wood. The room and bathroom are clean and spacious, though not very bright. The bed is quite comfortable. The location is central, in the historic center. You can drive in to leave your luggage, but then you have to park outside and walk. It's a five-minute walk, but it might be a challenge for older people. Breakfast is a bit pricey considering the average price."

"Good breakfast and dinner. Love the SPA: the temperature in the water is just right. 2 saunas available (one with the temperature between 80-100 and the other between 40-60 degrees). Good coffee served at the bar. The rooms are well heated. Cable tv available with a large variety of programs in different languages (romanian, hungarian, english, german, italian)"

"We stayed here for 4 days in October and highly recommend this guesthouse. The room was spacious and well appointed. It was very clean and obviously well cared for and maintained. Although they don’t advertise breakfast, the coffee/tea, croissants, yogurt, cereal and fruit they provide is more than sufficient for most of us. The croissants were fresh daily and the granola was substantial….lots of fruits and nuts. The guesthouse is well located. We could walk everywhere but you need to go uphill to get to the old town. As well, the guesthouse doesn’t have an elevator. Be prepared to carry your bags up three flights. This is a great place to stay. We couldn’t find fault with anything."
