"Couldn’t organise a p*** up in a brewery!!!!! Arrived 2.55pm and was told we can’t check in till 3pm. I asked for a room close to reception because of mobility issues. They gave us a room as far away from reception as you could get. Rooms weren’t ready. Staff shouting at each other across reception. As we walked down corridor all room doors were open and in the process of being stripped. Dirty laundry across all the hall. The staff entrance door was constantly being slammed. Room was roasting hot. Window had restricted opening.  None of the furniture matched.  Would not stay here again even if it was free!!!"

"Its always a great place to stay, even though there is no longer a bar and restaurant of which was terrible, so its not a problem that it's not open anymore. We stayed to visit family and friends so there are places to eat in prestwick town. The room was great and the check in was welcoming but not intrusive. Everyone we met was nice too. A great place to stay as always."
