"Everything is fine, the nearby supermarkets are a rip-off compared to the local business."
Insotel Punta Prima Prestige Suites & Spa
"Amazing experience. The hotel & staff were perfect. Food options provided gave plenty of choice and were of great quality. This was the 3rd time we have been to the hotel and it gets better each time"
Hotel Xaloc Playa
"We have just returned from a 10-day stay at this wonderful hotel. Really don't know where to start. We arrived around 12.30pm and were greeted by Marion who checked us in and directed us to our room, which was brilliant, as we didn't expect to be able to get into the room until 3pm. Natalia on reception in the evening was so helpful and friendly. We were greeted by the lovely Ferron and served by Adara. Our first evening meal was lovely, choice of salad, soup and hot food, plenty for all tastes and this continued throughout our stay, again at breakfast, there was plenty of choice. During the course of the week, we were also served by Joe, Charlie, Victor, Albert, Rosana, Abel. Don't think any of the staff stopped smiling the whole time we were there, and the smiles were genuine, not just for the guests. It was like one big family all working at the same place! The hotel was absolutely spotlessly clean, the staff who cleaned were incredible, it is a thankless task when guests return from the beach, us included, bringing tons of sand back with them, but there was never any sand or dirt of any description on the floor and the rooms were cleaned every day. Again, nothing was too much trouble and they were politeness personified. The pool bar area was again spotlessly clean; the food is very reasonable priced and plenty of it! As we sat there, we were visited by two pigeons, one had an injured leg and we think the guests felt sorry for it, as it was considerably larger than the other one! The drinks again were not overly expensive as this can happen in some resorts. Outside, there were plenty of cafes and restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and gift shops, all around the area of the beach. The beach was clean, the sea was stunning and as we went into the sea, there were millions of tiny fish swimming around our feet, some areas of the beach were quite rocky and uneven, which may be a problem for someone with mobility issues, but there are areas which are very flat as well. Overall, if it was possible to give this hotel and staff 20, we would not hesitate; felt quite emotional on Tuesday when we left, it felt like we were leaving good friends behind. We will definitely be back next year."

"Where do I start im still at hotel only 3 days of torture arrived 10th July room was not ready until 3pm that's fine no issues normal at most hotels no sunbeds at all think its 6am sun bed wars 3 small pools not enough sunbeds for the people have to use a plastic cup for drinks from pool bar I can understand why they do this they do not fill cups up rooms are so small ours was smaller than most people's front room need to leave card details at reception we had to go buy milk and water but they have kettle and coffee in the room the food was always empty popular food always gone if u like chips you be fine 2 minute walk to beach that was nice best think about this holiday is the weather hotel is dreary outdated food is awful if you can get it if u want a sunbed don't come here unless u wanna be up early 4 star I would probably give it 2/3 amenities and service is non existent"

"We had a great 3 night stay here. The apartment was quite large with a balcony at the front and a smaller one off the bedroom, so we were able to get the sun most of the day. The kitchen was well equipped and we also asked for and got a coffee maker for our stay. The breakfast was lovely with a good selection. There is a supermarket right next door which supplied all our needs at reasonable prices. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. The resort itself was quite small although there were enough restaurants to eat in a different place for a week. All that we tried were lovely and, again, reasonably priced. We were able to go for long walks and there were several people properly hiking. We got a taxi from and to the airport for around £30 euros each way. All in all a lovely place suitable for older couples and young families. Will definitely return."
Insotel Punta Prima Resort
"A really beautiful setting for a fabulous hotel. Lots of pools great food and the staff were very friendly especially Zine one of the waiters. The hotel is especially great if you have any mobility issues and so easy to get to from the airport."
