"Govind was very kind and allowed me to check in at 6:30am when my bus arrived. He also gave me his WhatsApp number in case I needed anything. He was super helpful and accommodating. The hotel is very well located. The only issue I had is that the room was absolutely filthy. The bathroom, all surfaces, walls, etc were dirty and grimy. I had to use wipes just to be able to put my stuff on the shelves and tables. I would have loved to stay longer if it had been clean. It’s too bad because the location was great and Govind was also an excellent host."

The entire staff was courteous, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Satya Ji for his outstanding support and warm hospitality throughout our stay. He made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. I highly recommend Bambusa Mulberry Resort to anyone visiting Pushkar. It is a perfect place to stay with family or friends, and we would definitely love to visit again!"

"Extremely Disappointing Experience – After Four Continuous Years of Visiting I have been continuously visiting Rawai Luxury Tents, Pushkar for the last four years and have always had a good impression of the property. Unfortunately, my last two visits in July and August were extremely disappointing, mainly because of the behaviour of a staff member, Leher Singh. The language, tone and manner in which Leher Singh spoke to me were extremely rude, disrespectful and completely unacceptable for a hospitality property. As a returning guest who had visited continuously for four years, I expected much better treatment. I also own a travel agency and have personally recommended Rawai to many of my clients and contacts. However, after my recent experiences, I can no longer recommend this property with confidence. This was my last visit and the last time I will recommend Rawai to anyone. The management seriously needs to look into staff behaviour and guest handling. A luxury property is not defined only by its tents and facilities—respectful and professional treatment of guests matters just as much. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue appropriately."

"I was very disappointed with my experience at the Pratap Mahal. The establishment clearly prioritizes appearances, but attention to detail is completely lacking. Just look at the state of cleanliness of the bathrooms: frankly deplorable for a hotel of this standard. The meal ordered in the dining room was absolutely not up to my expectations—it tasted like frozen food, with no flavor or effort put into it. Another very problematic point: the staff entered my room without my permission, which is unacceptable. The hotel is also quite isolated and offers a car service for €30 for 3 hours, a clearly excessive price considering the cost in India. Following these problems, the manager came in person to apologize. The meal in the dining room was offered as a gesture of goodwill, and we were offered a room upgrade. I appreciate the effort, but it wasn't enough to redeem the overall experience. I ultimately decided to leave the hotel a night early. Despite my non-refundable reservation, I do not recommend it."

"The room (spacious and aesthetic) experience was very memorable. The pool is also chilling. The breakfast (complimentary) was well served and devouring😋. Staffs behaviour is very well-appreciated. Though the whole area outside is dimly lighted at night and prone to insects, which creep into the room if left open for a while, but that was preventive. The major drawback is finding the location. Neither the Google map was able to guide, but thankfully two members of the hotel came to guide us. Overall experience was good. 5-Stars if roads to location, and lighting was fixed."

"It's a beautiful faded old building that must've been magnificent back in the day. Now it's a sad, dark and somewhat tatty place, bordering on being a bit spooky. Staff very good throughout. Food fairly grim. Pool was ok but didn't feel especially clean (the pool towels were very stained, including a clump of human hair on mine) - non resident travellers/backpackers seemed to be using the pool i assume for a fee. As in keeping with Pushkar, no booze to be found and indeed no eggs for breakfast either (totally vegetarian). It was pretty cheap though at £66 for a room."

In terms of connectivity, the location is highly convenient—just a 4-minute walk to the Pushkar Market, around 10 minutes to the Bharmah Tample, and auto-rickshaws are easily available right outside the hotel. Very Neat And Clean Room. Overall, a comfortable and well-connected place to stay."

Rooms were spacious but, we have to change rooms due to some little issues like, intercom was not working, spider was found in bucket etc. Staff was super friendly so made sure to upgrade our rooms. Food was delicious. Breakfast buffet should have more options. Overall stay was good."
